RE WPTCW
Many thanks, CC. I could not work on that article because of many other duties... and the Spanish wiki is a big challenge. I'll try to contribute a little more on this year. Thanks, I really wish a happy new year to you too, and, besides from that, I'm very impressed on the awesome hard work you and your team have been doing with the Clone Wars project. I'm a big fan of the series too, though I don't believe Season Three is as good as the previous season. See ya.--Lord David 23:32, December 31, 2010 (UTC)
- No problem, CC, thanks for the notice. Happy new year. :) JangFett (Talk) 03:09, January 1, 2011 (UTC)
Peet Sieben
Just as an unimportant note, the word "he" can be used as an androgynous pronoun. It is not actually "gender assuming." In this case, using "Sieben" works; but, if "he" would flow better in some future article, it is appropriate. NaruHina Talk 14px 01:59, January 2, 2011 (UTC)
New Season Three Episodes
Hey, CC!
I was looking to see how the upcoming episodes are being advertised to the public and I came across this site:
http://www.starwars-universe.com/actu-8097-the-clone-wars-synopsis-de-l-episode-3x12.html
At the bottom of the article, it clearly states (in English) that, following Witches of the Mist, will be Overlords (15) and Altar of Mortis (16). I'm leaving this in your capable hands just so that there is no chance that I might mess it up. I'll keep an eye out for more updates and I hope you enjoy the Nightsister Trilogy as much as I did. Thanks!

Shadows
Hey there, CC. I'm currently planning to work on clone troopers Shadow Three and Shadow Five from the TCW comics; however, I'm having a little problem. I'm trying to figure out if disambig pages and youmay templates are warranted, as I don't remember Broadside and Tag being identified as Shadows Three and Five in "Shadow of Malevolence." According to the Shadow Squadron article's history, it was you who sourced their callsigns to the episode guide, but I can't find such information there as well. By the way, this also concerns Broadside, a current FA, because if his callsign was, in fact, Shadow Three, then this information must be present in his article. I'd appreciate it if you could clarify this matter for me. QuiGonJinn 20px(Talk) 17:54, January 7, 2011 (UTC)
- No worries :) It seems that the Shadow Squadron issue is way more complicated than it seems, so I've taken it to the TC, so feel free to join the discussion. QuiGonJinn 20px(Talk) 14:24, January 8, 2011 (UTC)
Rules questions
Hello CC7567, there is a user calling himself an administrator on his profile who is not an administrator. Isn't that against the rules?
Also, is it okay to add other Wookieepedians to the Wookieepedians page? I have a friend who says she is lazy and does not know how to do anything more than super-basic editing, but I want to list her. She says that she does not know how to and is not interested in learning.
Thanks,WIERDGREENMAN 19:21, January 7, 2011 (UTC)O
EDIT: Ok, apparently that link isn't working. The user is Sparqman (http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/User:SparqMan).WIERDGREENMAN 19:24, January 7, 2011 (UTC)
Inq meeting rescheduled
Inq meeting 39 has been rescheduled for this Saturday evening, January 15, at the same scheduled time, 7 PM EST for North Americans. The meeting was postponed this past weekend because no one bothered to show up. If you value your position in the Inq, we expect you to please make an effort to be in attendance. If you cannot attend the meeting, we still expect you to participate by leaving notes on the meeting page. Thank you. Toprawa and Ralltiir 22:29, January 10, 2011 (UTC)
Categorization
Hello. I have a problem. An article I created needs to be categorized, but I can't find an "add category" link on the page, and when I try to add it onto a category page, I only get the lists of sub-categories. The wikipedia guide has nothing about adding it to a category, and the article is so hopeless, I've decided to put it up for deletion on 1/14/11 because it also needs to be cleaned up, and wookieefied. Unless I've fixed one of the issues, the articles gone on the 14th, and categorization is the easiest because there's virtually no info on Rail-class ARCs. Please reply quickly. Oh wait it's been categorized. I just came back to sign my post. Sorry no need to reply. brightfur 01:01, January 13, 2011 (UTC)

Here is a preliminary reminder that Inquisitorius meeting 40 is scheduled for 12 February 2011. Absentee voting for probationary articles is available at the posting of the meeting page, and absentee voting for new articles will begin five days prior to the meeting. SWTC 3.15 "Overlord" - Father image
Here is the image for "Father" for the following page: starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Father_(Mortis)
The source image can be found at starwars.com (video) "The Clone Wars: A New Time" @ 0:14 ( link: starwars.com/video/view/001162.html )
I've never edited a wiki entry before so I thought it best to leave it to a pro.

Question Regarding names and proper style
I'm trying to revise a page to bring it up to snuff as far as good writing style. However, I'm not 100% sure on one aspect. When using a character's name the first time, I realize it's proper to use both the given name and the surname. But in the rest of the article, where writing both would be repetitive, is it better to use the given name or the surname? Amaran Apprentice 00:53, January 24, 2011 (UTC)
Thanks for the recommendations! PS: Thanks for cleaning up the intro to Showdown on Toydaria. I spent like two hours overhauling the whole thing, my brain was pretty dead when I went back to revise the intro. XD - Amaran Apprentice 04:09, January 24, 2011 (UTC)
a question i hope you can answer
hi, as the title says, i have a question. i know that telekinesis can move matter and air and pre-existing fire, but could telekinesis move water, or condense the air around it to make it freeze, or liquify it, or even mold it into a sharp blade that can cut metal? Ralphjedimaster 02:58, January 24, 2011 (UTC)
Thanks
I noticed you fixed the reference tag I tried to add on the Father (Mortis) article. I kept scratching my head trying to figure out what I had inputted wrong, even going to other articles to look at how they were referenced, but I still couldn't figure it out. So that I don't mess up again, could you tell me how you add the reference tags properly to keep that red message from popping up? Thanks for your help! Darth Nordeck 06:05, January 29, 2011 (UTC)

Re:More Card Commander stuff...
Thanks, CC. This is really getting annoying, isn't it? :p I still can't fathom why they have to keep reusing Tuuk in these dumb missions, since it seems to me like every quest involving him is the same. Oh well. Grand Moff Tranner 20px (Comlink) 21:26, February 7, 2011 (UTC)
A88 Aquata Breather

Some stuff
Hey CC, long time no chat. I just wanted to pop by and say thanks for the Nala Se info—I'll update her soon. Also, I was wondering if you had any specific plans for this? I noticed you got it started pretty strong and figured you were going to promote it, but if not it's fair game I guess? Let me know what your thoughts are. Re:T-6 shuttle in LEGO comic
CC, you're killing me. :p Anyway, how much detail are we talking about? I'd prefer to restrict it to a brief mention, given the comic's nature, but I suppose I'll have to compromise here. (Since I'd rather not add it at all. :p) Grand Moff Tranner 20px (Comlink) 20:27, February 20, 2011 (UTC)
Shon-Ju organization
Would you say there is enough information to create an article on Shon-Ju's school of force thought, maybe like "Shon-Ju's force organization"? Or maybe "See-chok" based on the chant the students use? Corellian Premier20pxAll along the watchtower 01:14, February 25, 2011 (UTC)

Scout Commando Battalion
On the Scout Commando Battalion page I have tried posting the basic information on it that it is a unit within the 41st Elite Corps but someone posts something saying I object and that there is no proof. But if you go on the 41st Elite Corps page in the units within part the 1 of the units says Scout Commando Battalion, so really that is the proof. —Unsigned comment by JLaban4 (talk • contribs)
Blarg
Has anyone ever told you how hard it is not to hate you? :P Kidding; we all owe you for keeping us up to date on the obscure TCW stuff. And can I just say that I really think that I lost brain cells while reading that Clone Wars Magazine? It really hurt. Anyway, I've added what I found from the FF to Tu's page, and I'll be asking Cav if he could let me know about any other mentions. And I checked the updated sources to the Republic financial reform bill. Nothing new, really. Thanks for the assistance, and let me know if you come across anything else. And I'd welcome a review for either of the articles if/when you get the time. :) Darth Trayus(Trayus Academy) 19:42, February 28, 2011 (UTC)

Can you move Electro mine back to Electro-mine please? I'm watching the broadcast with subtitles enabled and the subtitles hyphenate the word. In-episode takes precedence over the CN website. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 20:57, February 28, 2011 (UTC)
Hey, long time
- If you haven't already noticed, Graestan has kindly let me back on the site at my request. I know when I left last time, it wasn't on the best of terms, but I am here on Wookieepeda trying to start anew. If you would permit me, I would like to rejoin the TCW project. I completely understand if you say no at this point, but I would appreciate it if you would at least consider it. Kilson 02:20, March 1, 2011 (UTC)

Kix
I have noticed that on the Clone trooper Kix page their is an image that says Kix overlooking the injured Rex, but if you look at his head in that photo and the main profile picture the hair styles are different and so is the artwork on his armour. meaning that the picture really belongs on the Clone trooper Hardcase page. —Unsigned comment by JLaban4 (talk • contribs)

Hey there CC. I was looking at Wolffe's article and the infobox depicts him with both eyes intact. Huh...
I don't know why an article for Disney Channel can't be on this wiki. I may not be angry about this, though. I mean, it did air Star Wars in 1990. This YouTube video has a montage of promos taken from Spring in 1990, including a coming soon promo at the very beginning.
Anyways, sorry for adding that article. <:D

Quick question
Hey CC. A quick question: Should Cartoon Network dataclips be considered a "Source?" This is a legitimate question, as I'm outside the United States and can't view them. :P What kind of info do they contain? Thanks. Menkooroo 05:52, March 12, 2011 (UTC)
- Thanks for the reply! That's great to hear that they have new tidbits of info. I guess they're kinda like the decoded episodes, then. Menkooroo 15:29, March 12, 2011 (UTC)

Death of Even Piell
File:EvenPiellDying-CR.jpg|right|thumb|125px|Piell dying in Ahsoka's arms Please explain this comment you made. "In light of the large chunk of canon that TCW is attempting to deem non-canon, the earlier material must take precedence, which means that in this case, we cannot adhere to the newer TCW material by stating that Piell died—he appears in Jedi Twilight, which correctly portrays his death in 19 BBY. It's disappointing that so big a part of continuity was so blatantly ignored in "Citadel Rescue," but that's the unfortunate case here." How can this work. If your an admin at Wookieepedia then you should know that the Clone Wars is T-level canon and The EU is C-level, meaning the show outranks the EU. And if that's not enough your going to ignore this post from the episode guide: "The Expanded Universe of Star Wars novels originally had Even Piell survive the Clone Wars only to be killed while as a fugitive in the early days of the Empire. Piell's death in the Citadel Mission is the character's true fate." The episode guides also outrank the EU. Please explain yourself and fix this rediculous ignorance to REAL canon. File:EvenPiellFuneral-CR.jpg|right|thumb|125px|Piell's funeral DJ3622 03:20, March 13, 2011 (UTC)
- I don't know where the comment made above was posted, but I can't believe CC would blatantly ignore and go against established Wookieepedia policy in such a way. On the note of Piell's death in TCW, here are some images from the episode for potential use in the article update. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 00:57, March 14, 2011 (UTC)
Re: Piell
Hey man. Thanks for your reply! I'm glad to hear you've changed your views. I would like to apoligize for blaming you of ignorance, it was uncalled for and I'm sorry. My objective was not to be rude and insulting but clearly it came off that way (in re-reading what I wrote I realized how rude I was) and for that I am very sorry. Battles of Felucia
Wouldn't it be better to name the first two Battles of Felucia "First" and "Second", respectively? Otherwise the current specification "Battle of Felucia (Clone Wars)" isn't exactly helpful, since the First Battle also takes place in the Clone Wars. Imperators II 11:45, March 20, 2011 (UTC)

Hey, me again
Sorry CC, I do not have a Comic Companion and I cannot look up if there's any new information on the Conqueror-class dreadnaughts. Do you have a Companion, and if so, could you look up the info for me and tell me about it? If you don't have one or you can't look it up at the moment, it's cool, I can just post a Senate Hall thread asking for assistance. Kilson 20:56, March 29, 2011 (UTC)
- Scratch that, Tope actually had the Companion and gave me all the info I needed. You're still welcome to look the article over. Kilson 00:01, March 30, 2011 (UTC)

Re:Battle of Malastare
Sorry, but after checking the WookieeProject's page, I noticed that you have not done edits to the article for an extended period of time. Next time, I will be more careful, but you can become a co-nominator if you want to. Also, should I rewrite the intro then?—TK-999 20px(Rise of the Empire) 12:37, April 13, 2011 (UTC)
- Hey CC, just wanted you to know I've been watching TK as this article has progressed; had I realized you had reserved the article for yourself, I might have let him know—my apologies for that as well—but his work on the article thus far has been quite impressive, and, while some pieces are not wholly his, I have no doubt that he is prepared to take this to GA status, as he has met all objections quickly and thoroughly. If you have any questions for me, please don't hesitate to ask. Cheers!—Axinal Convocation Chamber 16:13, April 13, 2011 (UTC)
Star Wars: The Clone Wars Comic UK 6.1
Hey CC, you probably remember a while back I tried to GA Skirmish aboard the Coronet. I've learned quite a bit since then, and I'd like to clean it up a bit and nominate it again, probably for FA. I notice you added Star Wars: The Clone Wars Comic UK 6.1 to the sources list; do you have this comic? I'd like to know what the context of that mention was so I can include it in the BTS section, if possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much!—Axinal Convocation Chamber 22:15, April 13, 2011 (UTC)
- Great, I think that's all the info I needed for now. Thank you very much, CC! If there's ever anything you need, just let me know.—Axinal Convocation Chamber 10:23, April 14, 2011 (UTC)

Re-naming request
Hi CC7567, a page needs to be renamed, but apparently I can't do it, and one of the suggestions was to ask an admin, so I'm here.
Nyna Calixte needs to be renamed to Morrigan Corde because according to the preview of Legacy War 5, "Nyna Calixte" is a fabrication and "Morrigan Corde" is the real name. http://www.darkhorse.com/Comics/Previews/17-432?page=4 Thanks,WIERDGREENMAN 03:25, April 25, 2011 (UTC)

Hello CC7567, I understand that you are busy with school at this time (as am I for finals :/). Just wanted to remind you, whenever you have the time, to re-review Vandolay. Thanks. Hanzo Hasashi 21:17, April 26, 2011 (UTC)
Very important message.
Dear CC7567, or CC,
I am new here and I was wondering if you could, in moderate terms, enlighten me a bit... You see, I currently contribute to a whole bunch of wikis and I know that each and every one of them have there own allotted style, way of doing things, and how they approach editing pages, but more importantly, what they're looking for is different too depending on the site. So, if you could give me an overview on what this site looks for in a page after it is edited, I would greatly appreciate that... For instance, on the powers and abilities heading, or as it is called here, skills and abilities, what is appropriate to add and what is not. The reason I asked that is because, depending on the wiki, it is different on what they look for on those types of headings and I have run into that problem in the past, where I assumed that all were the same but I got a wake-up call when someone reverted my edit saying something like, "Please don't use so strong adjectives and we don't edit that way here." So, with that said, I don't want all my edits to be reverted that's why I'm asking all of this. Also, I have seen all the movies and have played a lot of Star Wars games, but how should I edit pages, as I haven't read the comics of the show and haven't fully read all of the graphic novels about it.

LEGO The Clone Wars
Hey CC. Neeyutnee actually does very little in the game. She appears in the opening cutscene in the level that adapts "Blue Shadow Virus." Basically, she does nothing and only watches as Typho "interrogates" the tactical droid. By "interrogates" I mean that he just beats the crap out of him, until Jar Jar finds a switch that activates a hologram showing Vindi's lab. After you've completed this level, Neeyutnee can be purchased for use in the Free Play mode. As for Sykes, I'd appreciate if you could scan the relevant info. Just drop me an e-mail. QuiGonJinn 20px(Talk) 09:46, April 30, 2011 (UTC)
- Just a quick note regarding the game. Despite what the Prima Guide says, Kenobi does not participate in the Sky Battle of Quell and the space battle of Ryloth. In both cases it's Ahsoka who accompanies Anakin. I've only played through the PC version, so I can't talk about all the others; maybe it's Obi-Wan on the Xbox or the PS, but I thought I'd let you know. QuiGonJinn 20px(Talk) 19:58, April 30, 2011 (UTC)
Re:Halsey rank
That's good enough for me. I'll update the article to include the rank. And don't worry about Yularen; it's not high on my list of priorities right now. Good luck with your AP exams. Also, I presume there's no new info on Argyus or Tuuk from the LEGO video game or the game guide? (Please say "No." :p) Grand Moff Tranner 20px (Comlink) 15:44, April 30, 2011 (UTC)

Star Wars: The Clone Wars Comic UK 6.9
I've been recently skimming through this issue and I've stumbled upon some barely noticeable stuff related to your articles. There's a section called "Yularen's Republic Codebreakers!" where you have to decode some "urgent communiqués." One of those communiqués says that "General Whorm Loathsom is gathering a new Separatist fleet. They are massing in the Metellos system," while another one says, "We have received word that Cad Bane will be broken out of prison some time this week!." I don't know what you'll make out of this, but it looks like some unique info. QuiGonJinn 20px(Talk) 13:58, May 3, 2011 (UTC)
Grammer issue
Hello there CC. Recently I attempted to make a very minor edit to the page CT-21-0408, more specifically in the end sentence of the section of Defense of Kamino. But it was deemed harmful. The current edition says, "The two 501st Legion clone troopers were then allowed to become an ARC trooper." I believe it would be more grammatically correct if it said, "The two 501st Legion clone troopers were then allowed to become ARC troopers." I would like to change it to that if you think I'm right, but the site won't allow it.

Unable to Upload Images
Hello! Not sure if you know me, but i'm Cato Neimoidia, and i've been editing Wookieepedia on and off for quite a few years. Anyways, recently i've been heavily working on expanding and image-izing articles from Star Wars: Legacy and Star Wars: Legacy—War. With the latter series coming to a close and many major characters dying off, and how the articles are terribly in need of expansion, I felt like I needed to do something. However, I can't seem to upload any images. Instead I get the message,
"<This action has been automatically identified as harmful, and therefore disallowed. If you believe your edit was constructive, please contact an administrator, and inform them of what you were trying to do. A brief description of the abuse rule which your action matched is: Combined unverified user upload prevention
>""
For my last wave of editing, I added a massive number of images quickly to go with the expanded articles, such as for Jariah Syn and Deliah Blue to name a few. I used the weird "Add image" thing on the new Wikia skin that allowed me to add them quickly, before mass categorizing/sourcing with cut/paste and editing right afterwards. I found this to be much faster than typing/pasting information individually, seeing how I was adding 50 images more or less overall. I presume this gotten the system to think i'm spamming the site or something? Someone told me not to do that, but mainly because they didn't realize I was sourcing everything after.
I'm simply contacting you because you were the first Admin I found. Thanks for any assistance you can provide. I'd really like to get those articles back into shape. -- Cato Neimoidia 05:56, May 8, 2011 (UTC)
- Hmmm... that's the thing. That message was with the Special:Upload, using both skins. I also occasionally get the message,
| <a href=" | Due to upload abuse, adding or replacing files is limited to users who have achieved a threshold number of edits and account lifetime. Please find something constructive to do until you reach this threshold. Please note that spamming unproductive edits to reach this threshold will cause your account to be completely blocked from editing. Uploaders must also have a confirmed email address in their user preferences. For more information, please contact an administrator via <a href="/wiki/Wookieepedia:IRC" title="Wookieepedia:IRC">IRC</a>. |
>"
That doesn't make sense, since i've had this account for five years and have 5000 edits. -- Cato Neimoidia 16:33, May 8, 2011 (UTC)
- Hey! So after it still wasn't working, I contacted Grunny like you suggested. Apparently, all I needed to do was put an e-mail address with my account. How silly. Anyways, thanks for your help! -- Cato Neimoidia 01:49, May 11, 2011 (UTC)

Thank you. I read the manual, and I think I got it. Man, we never have to deal with this on underdeveloped sites. This site has good security. --AnyGuy 19:54, May 26, 2011 (UTC)
I'm not gonna upload it now, because there is no page called IM-AUS, and I would create the page if the page about it on Clone Trooper wiki was filled in, but it isn't, and I know nothing about the Star Wars Clone Wars Adventures Video Game. The reason why I'm not uploading it 'cause there is no page, is because I need to make it usable in two days, otherwise it'll be deleted. --AnyGuy 20:00, May 26, 2011 (UTC)
TK8252
Hey CC. Ruthless Xero has recently moved the article TK8252 to TK-8252, on the grounds that he, as a stormtrooper, must have a hyphen in his name. However, I believe this is speculation as the game addresses him without a hyphen. Now when I try to move the page back, though, it won't work. I think now TK8252 has to be deleted to make way for move. Anyway, it needs some admin POWAH. Can you help me out with the move? QuiGonJinn 20px(Talk) 08:49, May 26, 2011 (UTC)

Hey CC; I'm guessing you're back from your travels, and have a quick favour to ask. CIS capital
I'm sure you know, but the CIS had many capitals during the CW. I still think saying "a capital" would suffice, since TCW sources (like the dataclip) tends to just focus on TCW. JangFett (Talk) 00:55, June 14, 2011 (UTC)
- Even though there were multiple capitals prior to TCW? Unless the retcon is present/confirmed, I'm not sure if saying just "the capital" is fine. Doesn't really matter since it's a minor detail, but still very odd. JangFett (Talk) 01:01, June 14, 2011 (UTC)

Quick thing
Hey CC. Thanks for reviewing Sacking of Coruscant (I'm working on the template, the rest of it should be good) but on a totally different note, this morning I uploaded File:20110617 db02 800x450.jpg|This image, and didn't think to change the file name. If you could move it to "Promenade.jpg" or somesuch, that'd be great. Many thanks. Darth Trayus(Trayus Academy) 02:43, June 18, 2011 (UTC)
- Also, as far as the template thing goes: it was decided in a CT in May of last year that the TORCite template created by Imp would be used to cite information coming directly from the game. So, would it be against voted-upon policy to use that template name for the website instead, given that it's since been deleted? Darth Trayus(Trayus Academy) 02:58, June 18, 2011 (UTC)
- Mkay so I wanted your opinion on the {{Holonet}} template. I wanted to change the logo, because the basic TOR logo is now being used on the TORweb template. So I tried this first, and then this, but I'm not sure which, if either, are preferable. What's your opinion? I kind of suck at this stuff. Darth Trayus(Trayus Academy) 11:46, June 21, 2011 (UTC)

Yeah, I always acknowledged the entire dataclip as a source itself. Basically it should be listed within a source section even without any dataclip information, though I only treat it as such if I see a character within the dataclip. Vos
Well done with that source list; it seems to be complete, as far as I can tell. The only other source I can think of off the top of my head that vaguely relates to Vos is the Galactic Campaign Guide, which includes "Quinlan" as a possible Human player character name on page 114 and may or may not be worthy of some sort of BTS mention. I will keep my eyes open for any further Vos sources that I come accross. --Jinzler 11:04, June 27, 2011 (UTC)
