The Shadola sector was a sector located in Outer Rim Territories portion of the Slice. It contained the planet Gand, homeworld of the Gand species.[1]
Behind the scenes
- "You ever seen a High Republic ship?"
"How old do you think I am?"
"There's a wreck out in the Shadola sector. It got cut clean in half somehow, but it's still loaded with all this rare tech, ancient, super rare. Some greedy little scrapper tried to blast me in the back for it. But I was on to him. I blasted him before he even got the chance." - ―On of four possible conversations between Kay Vess and Ibess the Qua in the A Pirate's Fortune DLC
In the current Star Wars canon, the Shadola sector was first mentioned in Endless Vigil, a 2016 Star Wars Roleplaying supplement for Star Wars: Force and Destiny published by Fantasy Flight Games.[1] It then appeared for the first time in a flashback in the thirty-second issue of the Star Wars: Bounty Hunters comic series, which was written by Ethan Sacks, illustrated by Alessandro Miracolo, and published by Marvel Comics[4]
In the A Pirate's Fortune' expansion for the video game Star Wars Outlaws, the sector is identified in one of four possible stories that the player can choose for protagonist Kay Vess to tell about her exploits in an optional conversation with the pirate Ibess, implying that the moon Toshara is located in the sector[3] However, Toshara is located in the Cadma sector instead.[2]
