Sarumo

Sarumo was a planet of the Galactic Republic^[2] situated within the Galactic Frontier in the Outer Rim Territories.^[1] During the High Republic Era, General Abediah Viess chose to live in retirement on Sarumo. After the Nihil marauders established the Occlusion Zone, Sarumo became situated behind the Stormwall barrier. The planet resisted Nihil control, with the resistance effort coordinated in one primary city. Forces of the Nihil, led by Eye of the Nihil Marchion Ro, traveled to Sarumo to quash the resistance. Within the city, Viess convinced its leadership to hand over military control and subsequently killed the leaders, turning the city's defenses on itself. Viess contacted Ro to inform him that the planet was free for Nihil control, taking the opportunity to request to join the marauders.^[2]
