Seurath

Seurath was mayor on the planet Sarumo[1] in the year 229 BBY.[2] After Sarumo was caught in the Nihil's Occlusion Zone, Seurath and his people resisted Nihil invasion. Eventually, as the planet became besieged by Nihil warships, Seurath strategized with defense minister Beeth for how to best use the planetary defenses against the Nihil. The mayor soon consulted General Abediah Viess, a Mirialan mercenary who retired on Sarumo. Though Beeth was hesitant to cede control of Sarumo's military to an outsider, Seurath gave permission for Viess to have full access to the systems.[1]
