Razere was a Force-sensitive individual who served as a Jedi of the Jedi Order during the High Republic Era.[1] In 399 BBY,[2] he was present in the Jedi Temple on[1] the Core Worlds planet[3] Coruscant and overheard a Jedi Master talking about plans to split up the Jedi Padawans Porter Engle and Barash Silvain as the temple's Masters believed the two were getting too attached to each other. Razere subsequently told Engle what he had learned, and Engle later informed Silvain of what Razere had told him. Silvain then came up with an idea for how they could be reunited.[1]
Behind the scenes
Razere was mentioned in flashbacks in the second issue of the 2022 comic miniseries Star Wars: The High Republic — The Blade released as part of the Star Wars: The High Republic multimedia project's[1] Phase II.[4] The issue was written by Charles Soule and published by Marvel Comics on January 25, 2023.[5]
