A Force-sensitive individual served as a Jedi Master of the Jedi Order during the High Republic Era.^[1] In 399 BBY,^[2] the Jedi Master was stationed at the Jedi Temple on^[1] the Core Worlds planet^[3] Coruscant and on one occasion spoke about a plan^[1] by the Jedi High Council to split^[4] the Jedi Padawans Porter Engle and Barash Silvain up^[5] as they had developed a close bond, and the Council had grown concerned about their attachment to each other.^[4] The Jedi Razere heard the Jedi Master talking about it and informed Engle of what he had learned. After Engle told Silvain of what Razere had found out, Silvain suggested they show the Masters that when separated the two were not good Jedi, which would result in them being reunited.^[1] While the two were split,^[6] in 397 BBY,^[7] Silvain carried out an act on^[6] the Outer Rim planet^[3] Dantooine and the Masters brought them back together.^[6]

Behind the scenes

The Jedi Master was mentioned in flashbacks in the second issue of the 2022 comic miniseries Star Wars: The High Republic — The Blade released as part of the Star Wars: The High Republic multimedia project's^[1] Phase II.^[8] The issue was written by Charles Soule and published by Marvel Comics on January 25, 2023.^[9]
