Operation Shield Bash was an operation undertaken by the Rebel Alliance, the Truwel system government, the Truwel planetary government, and the Truwel system rebels to capture the Galactic Empire's FireStar II-class Orbital Defense Platform Sentinel Flare and push Imperial forces out of the Truwel system. The operation culminated in a battle when the Sentinel Flare fell under rebel control and fired upon a group of three Imperial-class Star Destroyers, destroying one and damaging a second.[1]
