The Chargona campaign was a battle that involved the Rebel Alliance's 61st Mobile Infantry[2] sometime by the year 3 ABY[1] during the reign of the Galactic Empire.[2] It took place in the vicinity of the Expansion Region's Chargona system.[3] When the 61st left the planet Haidoral Prime aboard the CR90 corvette Thunderstrike that year, veterans of the Chargona campaign passed around rumors of a coming last stand against a blockade of Star Destroyers on the edge of the Mid Rim, which were overheard by the rebel sergeant Hazram Namir.[2]
Behind the scenes
The Chargona campaign was mentioned in the 2015 novel Battlefront: Twilight Company, written by Alexander Freed.[2]
