- "The Mon Calamari system is still part of the Republic. This planet must not fall into Separatist hands."
- ―Jedi Master Mace Windu
The Mon Calamari system,[5] also known as the Mon Cala system,[6] was a binary star system that contained the planet of Mon Cala. The Mon Calamari and Quarren species hailed from that system.[3] Mon Cala had a barren moon without an atmosphere.[7]

(In response to: Hi @jasoncfry.bsky.social, was hoping you could confirm for Wookieepedia purposes that the hyperspace routes depicted on the Galaxy Map given out at Celebration are intended to be the same routes as in Legends. Sorry to bother, but would make our lives much easier to have it confirmed!)" (screenshot).
