- "Subject one, human female, twenty-seven standard years of age. DNA analysis reveals some telomere anomalies identifying her as a native of Ko-Longava or Hyperkarn."
- ―A protocol droid, to Zargo Anaximander, on Miramir
Ko-Longava was an astronomical object[3] located in the Ko-Longava system within the Hocatar sector of the Expansion Region[1] and the Slice.[2] It was situated in grid square P-12 of the Standard Galactic Grid.[1]
As Zargo Anaximander—regent-captain of[3] the Outer Rim[4] mining station Nightside—held a family sought by the Sith assassin Ochi of Bestoon captive aboard Nightside[3] in 21 ABY,[5] he had bioscans of the family taken. Afterward, Anaximander was informed by a protocol droid that DNA analysis of a human female member of the family had revealed telomere anomalies which identified her as a native of either Ko-Longava or Hyperkarn, a planet in the Outer Rim. The subject in question—Miramir—was from the latter.[3]
Behind the scenes
Ko-Longava was mentioned in the 2022 novel Shadow of the Sith, written by Adam Christopher.[3]
