Biography

Entip was a Jawa who worked as a trader on the planet Tatooine, traveling in a sandcrawler with the Jawa Teeka.[1] In 3 ABY,[2] the vehicle moved back and forth between the edge of the Dune Sea and the outskirts of the city of Mos Eisley, with Entip setting up shop outside at each location. The Jawa offered a range of materials and parts for exchange.[1]

This included a Daivak Gunslinger Shirt that they were willing to trade for fifteen units of Bantha wool and ten direct-energy circuits, a power injector system that they were willing to trade for a J8 terrain sensor, nine units of transparisteel, and three ion cells, a X-FP-C28 ship computer that they were willing to trade for ten units of Bantha wool and twenty-five units of coarseweave, five 4XB calculation units that they were willing to trade for a Direct-Energy Circuit, a heuristic processor, and an ion cell, ten units of quadanium tha they were willing to trade for a unit of coarseweave and a unit of polycarbonate, and a BT-P7 ion accelerator that they were willing to trade for a fusion engine core and two thousand credits.[1]

In 3 ABY,[2] the thief Kay Vess traded Zadiket the parts that the Jawa wanted for the Power Injector System and the BT-P7 Ion Accelerator, the latter of which she used to upgrade the range of the surge configuration of the Ion Module in her VM-19 heavy blaster pistol.[1]

Behind the scenes

Entip appeared in the 2024 Massive Entertainment video game Star Wars Outlaws. The player must trade with the Jawa for the Fuel Injector System in order to unlock the optional "Adapt" ability and the BT-P7 Ion Accelerator to upgrade their blaster with the "Blast Range" upgrade for the surge configuration. Interacting with all five Jawa traders in the game is also required to unlock the "M'gasha" ability.[1]
