A X-FP-C28 ship computer was an efficient processor used to compute later amounts of data. It was used in starship weapons and systems such as LC-70 laser cannons, C-K12B rapid fire cannons, C-10 plasburst cannons, CM-2 Arana cluster missiles, PT-240 proton torpedoes, M-IO8 ion missiles, TU-C6 laser turrets, IT-11 ion turrets, S50C deflector shields, H-SD duralloy hulls, and E-410 sublight engines.[1]

In 3 ABY[2] the rogue Quarren merchant Shuma sold X-FP-C28 ship computers from her Sienar-Chall Utilipede Transport.[1]

Scoundrel Kay Vess used X-FP-C28 ship computers to upgrade her EML-850 light freighter, the Trailblazer.[1]

Behind the scenes

X-FP-C28 ship computers first appeared in the 2024 Massive Entertainment video game Star Wars Outlaws that was published by Ubisoft. In the game it was used as an ship upgrade material to improve the Trailblazer's weapons and shields.[1]
