In 4 ABY,[4] Squadron Five of the Galactic Empire's 204th Imperial Fighter Wing attacked a GR-75 medium transport which served as a mobile recruitment base for the Rebel Alliance. Deployed by a Quasar Fire-class cruiser-carrier along with a complement of TIE/sa bombers, Squadron Five swiftly disabled the recruitment base's hyperdrive before engaging an escort of T-65B X-wing starfighters as they moved to engage the bombers. Although at least two TIE bombers were lost, the squadron was able to pick off the X-wing starfighters before assisting the bombers in destroying the terrorist recruitment base.[2]
