During the Galactic War between the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire, the Hutt Cartel annexed the neutral Vyron system as part of their recent expansion. The Republic Thranta-class corvette Outrider witnessed the end of the battle, but complied with the Cartel's orders to depart in order to prevent a conflict.^[1]
