  1. On behalf of the SMT, forwarding a nomination for Lew as our next Social Media Team Member. There's a lot to say, but it generally sums down to that there's really no one better. In many ways, the Social Media Team is now flourishing as we work to support Wookieepedia's core mission: to document the creation and development of Star Wars (via interviews we make, and collating others' content), and to recruit new editors for the project. As we work toward these goals, a team capable of handling these duties is needed, and after evaluation, there's a need to add someone else to the current team to continue the good work we're doing. Lew's already contributed much more than folk realize to the Wook's socials behind-the-scenes, and we collectively as a team can really think of no one better. It's important that every member of the Social Media Team meets the highest standards in every regard to avoid a repeat of the past ha... haha and I've every confidence Lew will do admirably to represent the community in this regard, and his skillset is unmatched when it comes to contributing here.—spookywillowwtalk 17:31, 15 April 2025 (UTC)

  16. Yes! We need this badly, as my capacity on the team is very limited atm, and Spooky is carrying the extra weight. Bringing Lew on in an official capacity helps relieve some of that burden and free up time for other duties. I fully trust Lew to represent the Wook well on our socials.
