Re: CSWE
Sure, thanks for asking. We (some AC reviewers and GAN regulars) came to a sort of gentlemanly agreement to leave the page numbers out of the template when it's in the Sources list for consistency, since no other Sources item lists page numbers, but to leave them in the template when it's in a reference note. Toomer
Sigs
Hey, man, I have a favor to ask you: I cribbed the code from your signature to create mine (located here), since you had a few of the same elements I was interested in incorporating. However, there are a few things I can't figure out how to do that I thought you might know about. First of all, I would like to change the B's in "BOB" to Firebrick red, the same color as the "Featured Articles," "Good Articles," etc. headers on my user page. However, I can't get the script to recognize the color change. Second, do you know anything about preventing elements from line-breaking? The B, O, and B of "BOB" are each separate elements (due to the graphic O), which is causing it to sometimes break up if it reaches the end of the browser window. Is there any way to prevent that? Thanks for any advice! I hope it doesn't look like I copied your sig; I tried to make it as different as possible. :) ~SavageBlink=User talk:SavageBob|20pxB~ 01:08, April 6, 2011 (UTC)
- Thanks for the help! I think what I may end up doing is just making a graphic of the BOB to save on script and to prevent breaking. That'll also let me keep the B's from turning purple when clicked. Thanks again for the help; I'm toying with the Firebrick color, but I've kind of gotten used to the black... :) ~ S a v a g e B link=User talk:SavageBob|20px B ~ 15:14, April 6, 2011 (UTC)

Kosh
Rather than make this an official objection on the GAN page, I thought I'd just bring it up here as a suggestion. In the last paragraph of the Biography section, you have the following sentence.
- The search for the droids continued; however, due to a delay in coordination of Kosh's garrison, the Desert Sands, and the 501st, R2-D2 and C-3PO were able to escape from Tatooine with Skywalker aboard the freighter Millennium Falcon, captained by smuggler Han Solo.
I had to read the sentence a few times before I was finally able to understand what it was saying. Might I suggest some variations.
- Though the search for the droids continued, a delay in coordination between Kosh's garrison, the Desert Sands and the 501st allowed R2-D2 and C-3PO to escape Tatooine aboard the Millennium Falcon, a freighter captained by smuggler Han Solo.
It seems to flow a little better to me this way. It leaves out Skywalker, but I don't really think it's necessary to mention him again, as Kosh wasn't really in pursuit of him. Just a suggestion. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 00:56, April 18, 2011 (UTC)

Reviewing
Hey Jinn, I've seen you have been posting a lot of noms recently on the GAN page, mostly due to the recent CA-to-GA wave. In fact, you've nommed more articles than any other user this month. While it's great that you're writing articles, I would like to ask if you could review some more too. Reviews have been down lately, and we could really use the help. I've seen in the past that you're quite a good reviewer, and I feel you would be a great help to us on the GAN page. Thanks. Kilson(Let's have a chat) 10:53, April 19, 2011 (UTC)
- Thanks, that's all I ask. You don't have to review as much as an AC. Just try to review an article for every article you write. Kilson(Let's have a chat) 20:52, April 19, 2011 (UTC)

Qui-Gon Jinn's first apprentice
- For the Ultimate Guide to Episode I, Haden Blackman and I had planned to address the issue of Qui-Gon's "first Padawan." Haden developed a female Cathar (panther-like alien) Jedi, but it was eventually decided by Lucasfilm that the Visual Dictionary is mistaken on the point that Qui-Gon had two Padawans prior to Obi-Wan. So Xanatos is Qui-Gon's first and only Padawan prior to Kenobi. - (Dan Wallace 4/25/02) I just stumpled upon your article on the Recent Changes and thought this could be a useful piece of background information for you. --Borsk Fey'lya 20px Talk 08:24, April 27, 2011 (UTC)

LEGO The Clone Wars
Hey QuiGon. Since I'm planning on promoting Neeyutnee...eventually...what kind of role does she play in LEGO Star Wars III: The Clone Wars? I know it's probably comical, but it'll be useful to include in the article. On an unrelated note, I just bought the Star Wars: The Official Starships & Vehicles Collection 62, and it has a section dedicated entirely to Gavyn Sykes. I don't know if there's new info in the issue, but it's worth checking. Let me know if you need help accessing it; I can scan it for you if you want. Thanks. :) CC7567 (talk) 01:05, April 30, 2011 (UTC)
- Ah, okay; thanks for the clarification. I wasn't sure what exactly was going on, so it's good to clear that up. Also, I'll scan the Official Starships & Vehicles Collection 62 for you and then shoot you an email. Thanks. CC7567 (talk) 20:02, April 30, 2011 (UTC)

Re: Comic UK
Thanks for the info. I have the UK comics with me and I've been meaning to decode the Aurebesh for the longest time, but I haven't had the time. I'll try to get on it soon. Also, I'll have the Official Starships & Vehicles Collection 62 scanned and ready for you within the next few days—sorry for the delay. CC7567 (talk) 02:58, May 4, 2011 (UTC)

TK-622
Hi Qui-Gon Jinn, in the recent changes, I saw you added Akobi's Databank entry to TK-622's page. However, when I click the link, the entry cannot be displayed. Is this just one of the many stupid occasions in which the Databank deletes certain entries, for whatever reason? Hanzo Hasashi 21:49, May 7, 2011 (UTC)
- Thanks. I was assuming TK-622 was indeed mentioned, but was just making sure. :) Hanzo Hasashi 21:58, May 7, 2011 (UTC)
Official Starships and Vehicles Collection issue 62
Hello there, does the issue include any information I should add to the respective articles? I should mention I don't have a subscription to the magazine. Thanks. Corellian Premier20pxAll along the watchtower 20:48, May 9, 2011 (UTC)
- I have a similar question about Rorworr (Naboo)'s indirect mention. And if it is relating to the resistance, do they mention "resistance", "Resistance" (capitalized), or "Underground"? SinisterSamurai 03:09, May 14, 2011 (UTC)
- Yes please. Or upload it to Kaskus. SinisterSamurai 15:25, May 14, 2011 (UTC)
- Hello again. Do you still have the scanned copy of it, by any chance? If so, i would definitely appreciate having it. Thanks. Corellian Premier20pxAll along the watchtower 19:51, June 26, 2011 (UTC)

Barn-burner: Halfway home
Hey there, QuiGon.
thumb|left|150px|Have some Wookiee-ookiees. I want to thank you for your efforts so far during Wookieepedia's first barn-burner. This is a not-so-personal message that's being sent out to every participant, but rest assured that everybody affiliated with this project deserves the highest praise. I've been very pleased with the number of users who have been writing, nominating, and reviewing Wookiees and Wookiee-related articles this month. Awesome job, all of you.
We're a little past the halfway mark, and at this point, I'd like to encourage everybody to focus their efforts on reviewing. Many users have been reviewing a lot already, and yes, you're absolutely welcome and encouraged to continue writing and nominating articles at this point. I just want to encourage everyone to take some time and help out others, which was one of the original purposes of this project. Additionally, the more reviewing that we all participate in, the more articles we can see promoted before the end of the month. Anything promoted after the end of May will still count as being part of the barn-burner, but it would be cool to get as much through as we can before then.
We have a list of current nominations for handy reference. If you feel inclined, find some that tickle your fancy and go nuts. Thanks again for all of your hard work. Cheers. Menkooroo 06:59, May 17, 2011 (UTC)

Re:R3
Seeing that you did offer to take the nomination over, you can decide if you want to take the nom over or let me handle it. I don't mind either way. JangFett (Talk) 04:36, May 21, 2011 (UTC)
Implant Level System
Hello, I was requested to ask someone who was part of WP:KOTOR about the Implant Level System used in Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic. My main question is whether or not the Implant Level System is an in-universe term or if it should just be treated as game-mechanics. Thank you for your time.--Exiled Jedi 20px (Greetings) 22:09, May 21, 2011 (UTC)

Hey QuiGon. When you get the chance, could you check some of your objections on the FAN, namely for Gelesi and Kea Moll? They appear to have been addressed for a few weeks, and they may be subject to striking by the Inq if not checked soon. Thanks. CC7567 (talk) 22:39, May 30, 2011 (UTC)

Kosh 3
Hi QuiGonJinn, I've found a small error in Kosh's article. "When Imperial forces discerned that C-3PO and R2-D2 had been aboard the escape pod, Vader assigned Commander Nahdonnis Praji to lead the search for the droids and recover the plans." Vader assigned Praji to the mission right after they discerned that an escape pod left the ship. At this time, they wasn't awere the droid's presence aboard the pod. We're halfway there
thumb|left|200px|Hey Jinn.. good job So guys, we're nearing the halfway point with this barn-burner. I just want to send out a broad message thanking everyone who has and plans on participating in Wookieepedia's second barn-burner, and update you guys on how it's going so far. So far, we have promoted nine Comprehensive Articles, twelve Good Articles, and one Featured Article! Fantastic job everyone who wrote and reviewed those weapons articles, I couldn't have asked for a better group to do so. We also have a number of current Good and Featured Article Nominations currently up, which you can see here.
However, as we approach the halfway point, I do want to encourage you all to keep writing and reviewing weapon articles for the barn-burner. Our goal should be to meet or surpass the level set by the previous barn-burner, which had over forty promoted articles. While we should aim to pass as many articles as possible by the end of the month, I may extend the barn-burner a little into September for any stragglers, especially for those Users who are writing extremely long Featured Articles for the project.
I should also notify participants of a recent Consensus Track over weapons that is about to pass. The CT is over when we should fill in the "Owners" field for Template:Weapon. Right now, it seems as if we are leaning towards filling in the field for unique weapon types, and not filling in the field for general weapon types. As such, we should fix any weapons we have, or will, write for the barn-burner to fit these new parameters. Thanks you for reading this, and keep up the good work. Kilson(Let's have a chat) 09:46, August 15, 2011 (UTC)
37th Detachment and Kosh
Hi QuiGonJinn! I've found an interesting statement of Luke in Star Wars 31. Luke returns to Tatooine and states that "But that patrol worries my, except for a small garrison at Mos Eisley... you used never see a stormtrooper on Tatooine." I think this would be enough to conclude that the 37th Detachment, which was relieved by the Desert Sands, is actually part of the local garrison under the command of Kosh. Your opinion? Darth Morrt 14:25, August 23, 2011 (UTC)
Ki-Adi-Mundi and Battle for the Republic
Hey QuiGon, I'm Hunter. I've been doing lots of research on Ki-Adi-Mundi lately and I see he is in the game Star Wars: Battle for the Republic, which I do not have. I was wondering, do you have access to that game, and could you explain to me his role, if anything? My understanding is that it's a turn-based strategy and that he is one of the "hero" squares (as opposed to "standard" squares) that can be used for attacks and defenses. Is this the case? And if so, does this mean that there is no actual storyline/canon to be derived for Ki from the game's plot? Let me know, and thanks in advance! — Hunter Kahn 17:39, September 6, 2011 (UTC)
- Thanks, QuiGon, that's exactly what I was looking for. By t he way, on a completely unrelated note, since we're on the subject of video games, you don't happen to own X-Wing: The Official Strategy Guide, do you? — Hunter Kahn 20:43, September 6, 2011 (UTC)
Re: Encyclopedia
I would say definitely use that as a source—as Dan Wallace has said, it's the main text bio for each entry. I personally haven't done much source compiling with the new Encyclopedia due to recent time constraints, but I'll get around to it soon. CC7567 (talk) 01:06, September 17, 2011 (UTC)
