Sorry
sorry dude. Darth Whatever
Thanks
- Thanks a million for looking over the Jedi Order article. I agree with you that it's GA nom is doomed, due to...we all know what. That isn't really a bad thing though, as it gives us more time to get the article up to scratch. I'm a little busy at the moment, but I'll try and do all that you have suggested over the next week. Thanks once again, and I really appreciate all the help you've been giving me, 20px TheOne&OnlyAdmirableAckbar (It's A Trap!) 10:29, 21 July 2007 (UTC)
- Thank you very much Greyman, I don't have a lot of time today and tomorrow but I'll start working on it on Monday. --Jedimca0(Do or Do Not, There is No Try) 10:58, 21 July 2007 (UTC)
RE: Shadows of Mindor
- I edited out the Jedi Prince novels because of the reputation they receive from fans and authors. I do not believe they are really canon, like a lot of others. Therefore I wanted to get the TRUE Star Wars novels in, not pathetic literature such as the Jedi Prince series. —Unsigned comment by Liberi Fatali37 (talk • contribs)
- Sorry, not really used to Talk yet. But you would agree with me, that you yourself, do not favor the Jedi Prince series, because I looked at your novel list.Liberi Fatali37 01:55, 25 July 2007 (UTC)
- And so I assume you also do not approve of Mount Sorrow as canon? Everything is canon, unless it is specifically noted as NOT canon. π = 3 40px (Talk to me, babe.) 02:00, 25 July 2007 (UTC)

GA Question
While I'm not a fan of moving backwards in any regard (although I think this idea is a way of moving forward), I was wondering if there was any official way of bringing a previously GA-awarded article under scrutiny to determine if GA status should be removed. Some of the older GA's (like Hirog and Watto), while perfectly acceptable articles, lack the amount of references (in some cases, none) that the newer GA's have been required to exhibit for approval. Orko has only a list of appearances, with no sources or references, at all. I think the process would be akin to the trash compactor system. I'm not really thinking of anything that would have the ultimate goal of removing the GA status, per se...I think that the main goal should be to maintain GA by improving articles that need improving. If we already have an established policy regarding GA inspection...well then, my bad. I can't find anything, so that's why I'm coming to you with this idea. Lemme know! --School of Thrawn 101 09:45, 1 August 2007 (UTC)
- Thanks for the prompt response, Greyman. I look forward to further discussion. --School of Thrawn 101 04:38, 2 August 2007 (UTC)
GA stuff
Since you're an admin now (congrats), I was wondering if you could talk to the other 26 about making a group of users to oversee GA noms, like GA Inqs. At least Acky and you could do it, Ataru might want to. The GA noms are getting a little out of hand, and with the whole vandal/anon thing we want the GA nom page to be reasonable, the vandals are usually nominating GAs that stink, not FAs. Anyway, get back to me on it. Thanks, 40px Jediknight19bby (Jedi High Council Chambers!) 22:51, 1 August 2007 (UTC)
- This is the exact same question that SoT just asked *RIGHT* above yours. Just...stop. When I write the answer down, it will be on SoT's talk page, and you can review it there. Greyman(Paratus) 23:50, 1 August 2007 (UTC)
IRC
- The client I was using seems to be experiencing technical difficulties, so I may not be on IRC until later. As usual, just drop me a line at my talk page. Atarumaster88 20px (Talk page) 20:18, 2 August 2007 (UTC)
IRC hiccup
Greyman, yes, please swap the section titles. Also take a look at your next-to-last para- it seems to be written largely in present tense. Also, post the Project Wormhead link for GT and bug him about it. ;-) Thanks. Atarumaster88 20px (Talk page) 20:30, 3 August 2007 (UTC)

Poll Ideas
I have a few polls on my page and someone mentioned the idea of putting up the polls in the Senate Hall, is it alright to do so? Just wondering. (see talk page.) Clank 02:19, 4 August 2007 (UTC)

I did listened to his warrnings. But I re did it so it was alright. This discusion does not concern you. It is betreen the three of us. I want to know what was wrong with the article?Anzati02 00:41, 5 August 2007 (UTC)
Since when did putting cannon information in articles become vandalizing?Anzati02 00:49, 5 August 2007 (UTC)
Listen, I did not threat you. It was a conversation between me and two other blokes and you just came along and interfeared. The other two were admins, so they were handled it. It had nothing to do with you. So dont fret about it.Anzati02 00:53, 5 August 2007 (UTC)

Ungulate
Are you sure deleting the Ungulate article as fanon was merited? After all, the Guarlara and Gualama articles describe the creature as being "ungulates". - JMAS 18:04, 6 August 2007 (UTC)

User:Cowcamp.
I believe this User:Cowcamp is going through articles and adding fanon to them. I would revert his edits and warn him, but I don't have the time right now. Could you check it out for me? —Grand Admiral J. Nebulax (Imperial Holovision) 20px 14:27, 7 August 2007 (UTC)

Palpatine vs. Sidious
I'm afraid it is you that is mistaken b/c Sidious was his "true" name I'm afraid. Palpatine was merely a mask for Sidious, and any person who knows the story correctly can tell you that. You refuse to use his true name of Sidious when he is using the Force or doing something Force-related. When he is amongst Jedi and Sith, his name is truly "Darth Sidious." When he is in public amongst Senators and the like, he is "Palpatine." You do him a great injustice by not using his name correctly, and I urge you to rethink this. If you cannot accept the fact that the Prequel Trilogy DOES hold some ground just as much as the Original Trilogy and that the Prequel Trilogy has made it canon that his true identity was Darth Sidious with the name of "Palpatine" masking it as well as his intentions, then I'm afraid you have no business being an administrator of this or any Star Wars page for that matter. His correct title should be used where appropriate, and you misinform new fans and researchers by just trying to throw his name in as strictly "Palpatine." I'm afraid it is you that is putting up wrong information in this instance b/c in those instances where I corrected his title was amongst Force-related events, and as you can see I kept his name as "Palpatine" when he was dealing with military or political situations b/c that is the correct usage of his titles. I'm afraid it is you that has "broken the 3RR rule for reverting incorrect information" because you do not know when to use his different titles correctly and thus misinform readers. This misinformation on the part of yourself or whoever continues to incorrectly use his titles is as much breaking policy as your accusations against me (which are false to the last degree), and with all due respect, this page is editable by all fans who wish to add to its vast wealth of information if I remember correctly, and I think you are trampling on those rights just because some disagree with you about your wrongful choice of title for Lord Darth Sidious. "Cheers," SithLord990205. (SithLord990205 17:39, 8 August 2007 (UTC))
- Oh, just be quiet. 40px Jediknight19bby (Jedi High Council Chambers!) 17:58, 8 August 2007 (UTC)
I will not be quiet while you "administrators" misinform people when this should be an encyclopedia open to everyone, and you know that I am correct in saying what I am saying. You need to "be quiet" and start listening to those who actually know their "Star Wars." (SithLord990205 18:27, 8 August 2007 (UTC))
