Welcome, Ghost of LucasArts!Hello, and welcome to Wookieepedia! I hope you like the place and choose to join our work. Here are a few good links for newcomers:

RE:X-wing for Iden
Hey, so I made the page because her fighter was made a hero ship and had distinctive markings and upgrades. I don't think it's notable enough to warrant an article, but you can ask an administrator or another user and see what they think, or you could just go ahead and make the article, it's up to you. Let me know if you need any help!--Vitus InfinitusTalk 02:09, February 9, 2018 (UTC)
- Hey, yeah you're right, though I still feel the same. Regardless, it's just my opinion, there is certainly a basis for you to make the article if you think it deserves one. Let me know if you need anymore help!--Vitus InfinitusTalk 02:23, February 10, 2018 (UTC)
Ultimate SW
There is nothing stated about Castell's affiliation to CIS in USW. So, it can't be mentioned in the article. --С уважением, Starit (обс) 14:26, February 11, 2018 (UTC)
- You either need to do a note explaining the affiliation or use another source that does say it --Lewisr (talk) 14:29, February 11, 2018 (UTC)
Re: Confirmation of Lira San's Coordinates
If you double-check the source and find that information, then feel free to add it to the relevant pages. (don't forget to source your additions) Cheers, 1358 (Talk) 00:30, March 4, 2018 (UTC)
Balamak Ep VIII?
Even if what you're saying is right, it is still speculation and guessing to say it was on Balamak at this time. Until an official source says where it was we can't add any location for it --Lewisr (talk) 00:27, March 5, 2018 (UTC)

TIE boarding shuttle
Hello. Can you please provide evidence of where the TIE boarding shuttle appears in Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II? I'm somewhat familiar with that game but am skeptical of this. Thank you. Toprawa and Ralltiir (talk) 19:47, March 9, 2018 (UTC)

- Thank you. I'll have to take your word for it, since half of the ship seems to be glitched-out behind that cannon, but the half that's visible definitely looks genuine. Toprawa and Ralltiir (talk) 22:01, March 9, 2018 (UTC)

Warning
Per policy leaks are not acceptable and keep adding them can lead to a block. Jabba's appearance on Solo hasn't been revealed by officially by Lucasfilm until its revealed by SW.com or a reliable source you can't add it back.--DarthRuiz30 (talk) 21:02, March 25, 2018 (UTC)

N-1 starfighter
There is no indication that the sources are wrong. If a source says that the starfighter has blaster cannons, and is not contradicted by something else, then there's no reason to assume otherwise. As for the two proton torpedo tubes, Anakin pressed the button once, and two torpedos were fired. Again, we have no reason to assume that the source is incorrect.--Vitus InfinitusTalk 20:58, April 23, 2018 (UTC)

First Order–Resistance war
Rather than adding something back in when its been reverted for being unsourced, why don't you find a source that says its going to appear? Nothing yet says the Resistance appears so how the First Order–Resistance war would appear isn't exactly clear, just because Luke said something doesn't mean its going to be in the next film --Lewisr (talk) 20:54, May 7, 2018 (UTC)
Edits
Why are you reverting perfectly fine edits for no reason? The Kessel system didn't appear until the HoloNet Breaking News: Unauthorized Mining Operation Halted so you have no reason to revert it --Lewisr (talk) 13:16, May 29, 2018 (UTC)
Dornean gunships at Endor
I noticed you changed the number back to 2 and I reversed it back. Check out the screenshots from https://starwarsscreencaps.com/star-wars-episode-vi-return-of-the-jedi-1983/69/ of when the Millennium Falcon and fighters head over the Tector-class Star Destroyer, you will notice that three gunships are in the background of the fleet.--Shannon, Jedi Knight (talk) 14:28, June 3, 2018 (UTC)

Just because a newsite says that 'sources' told them Billy Dee is returning doesn't make it official news, and the internet talking about it doesn't anything. V-120 and v232 artillery
How do you know which one are the V-120 and which ones are the V-232, the visual dictionary doesn't specify with picture, it just establish the names. Is there a new source? Or its speculation--DarthRuiz30 (talk) 00:45, September 16, 2018 (UTC)
- The V-120's Wookieepedia page describes it as a "medium artillery emplacement", while the V-232 is merely described as an "artillery emplacement". Therefore, the V-120 would be the heavier (and larger) of the two--User:Ghost of LucasArts 8:51 PM; September 16, 2018
- That's a bit of speculation, the other emplacement the smaller one can be considered medium and the larger one could be large artillery emplacement. Plus the medium thing isn't on the Visual Dictionary or in the novelizations.--DarthRuiz30 (talk) 00:54, September 16, 2018 (UTC)

Timothy Zahn's Interview
Hi Ghost of LucasArts,
I just wanted to notify you that I will be seeing if I could make an interview to Mr. Timothy Zahn. I have yet to ask him via his Facebook account if he will accept, but I'm sure he will want to share his time with us. Back to the matter, I just wanted to ask you if you would like to ask him some question so I can ask it to him during the interview.
Thanks!

Doesn't matter if the name is less conjectural. Mrs. Doza isn't the most appropiate name, given that we don't know if Torra's mother called herself like that, if she was ever refered like that or took the name of Doza. FFG entries
Look, I feel you, and think the old EU needs to be continued. However, we don't have any real concrete information regarding whether any FFG game stuff are canon or legends. That includes the Galactic Empire Conversion Kit. Unless the TIE/ca Punisher or TIE/ph Phantom have pilot cards that use characters specifically from canon sources such as, say, Star Wars: Rebels, Rogue One, Solo, or the Aftermath trilogy or even the current Marvel Comics run for Star Wars, we can't list them as canon. Heck, probably the only other way we could list them as canon is if they appear in a new Canon entry, whether it be a book, or one of the Marvel Comics stories for Star Wars, or anything like that, or even name-dropped in one of the canon novelizations. Do I like it? Not really, but it is what it is. The only FFG stuff we can definitely say are canon for certain are ones directly related to the Sequel Trilogy, Rogue One, Rebels, and stuff from the current Marvel Comics lineup (maybe even Aftermath if they decide to cover that). - I'm sorry, I just couldn't resist.User:Ghost of LucasArts 9:19 AM; May 4, 2019
- I don't blame you at all. Disney really screwed up with their whole Legends/Canon canard (and personally, I think the new canon stinks badly, with only Rogue One and to a lesser extent some of the Marvel stories really coming across as good, but I'm not the one in charge of these decisions, so I have to let it be). At the very least, they should have done a CYOA game that has the final boss as Abeloth, and depending on the player's decisions, you get a differing timeline (seal Abeloth = Legends; kill Abeloth = Disney canon) to avoid this whole hiccup. Weedle McHairybug (talk) 13:23, May 4, 2019 (UTC)
- Solo and Rebels are good too. User:Ghost of LucasArts 9:25 AM; May 4, 2019
- Well, my thinking Solo was bad was mostly thanks to what Glover and Jon Lasdan did, the stupidity they subjected Lando Calrissian to (he's straight, darn it!). I will admit the Arrestor Cruiser was a neat call-back to the development of Star Wars, though. As far as Rebels, I'm sorry, but it's hard to take the show seriously when the good guys constantly beat the Empire as easily as when Ash's Caterpie beat Team Rocket, and arguably easier than when Rey easily beat Kylo Ren. Not only does it undermine the threat the Empire is supposed to represent, but it also cheapens the heroes' victories as well (besides, technically, the Rebels are supposed to be constantly losing against the Empire if Episode IV is to be believed). I would have said this even if I weren't an Empire fan since March 2016 (and I'm only rooting for the Empire currently because Lucas made the rather appalling mistake of basing the Rebels on some really evil people in real life.) and remained a Rebel Alliance fan. Now, Darth Vader did very well as a formidable threat, and Thrawn did well enough in terms of competence for the show (too bad he got a downgrade from Legends in overall competence). But the rest of the Empire was depicted as feeble and pathetic, making it a mystery as to how they even LASTED two decades. An entity that pathetic wouldn't even last a year even WITH rule of fear. And besides, I wasn't really fond of how the pilot had the "heroes" basically getting their start by essentially slaughtering a civilian mining group for their fuel and treated positively for it. Weedle McHairybug (talk) 14:28, May 4, 2019 (UTC)
- No, no. Believe me; Solo was a big improvement over The Last Jedi, and Thrawn was not downgraded. Rebels is worth its credit, and Dave Filoni never disappoints (he even wanted to put Starkiller in Rebels as an Inquisitor).User:Ghost of LucasArts; 8:52 AM; August 14, 2019

MC75
Can you please provide me with a source that says its a MC75. The pictures only picture a similar model, but its clearly different, the top of the ship has some kind of round object. If there's nothing direct confirming it we shouldn't be adding them, unlike the other ships there's some visual differences that can't make us say that they're the same--DarthRuiz30 (talk) 23:40, October 25, 2019 (UTC)

R5 series
Hi, is the R5 series named "R5 series astromech droid" (without the hyphen) in Canon? If so, the current redirect to the Legends page should be deleted to make way for a move. /Canon should only be used when the Legends and Canon titles are identical. 1358 (Talk) 17:27, November 10, 2019 (UTC)

Colossus TROS
Hey Ghost, could you let me know where is the Colossus seen during the battle? Thanks--DarthRuiz30 (talk) 07:00, December 22, 2019 (UTC)

You have been blocked from editing for 1 week for adding speculation and false information into canon articles. To contest this block, please contact the blocking administrator with the reason you believe the block is unjustified. --DarthRuiz30 (talk) 23:52, January 20, 2020 (UTC)
Warning
Do not add speculation, you just came back from a block for that same reason. Where does it says that the building on Dantooine is a Jedi Temple? You have a source? Next time your block will be a longer one. Be careful with speculation.--DarthRuiz30 (talk) 21:38, January 28, 2020 (UTC)
- Sorry; it just looked a lot like the Jedi Enclave from KOTOR.--Ghost of LucasArts-- 11:07 AM; January 29, 2020
- You should be more careful with that. I know that it looks like the Enclave, I thought the same thing while watching it, but you need to understand that there's not a connection between both things, it could be the enclave or could be a common architecture design on Dantooine during that period of time. Don't let what want be on the way of the facts, like you did before with Plagueis and Tenebrous or in this ocassion with Dantooine and the Enclave--DarthRuiz30 (talk) 23:01, January 29, 2020 (UTC)

Trouble Adding New Pictures
Due to upload abuse, adding or replacing files is limited to users who have achieved a threshold number of edits and account lifetime, and have a confirmed email address in their user preferences. Please find something constructive to do until you reach this threshold. Please note that spamming unproductive edits to reach this threshold will cause your account to be completely blocked from editing. For more information, please contact an administrator via IRC. What does this mean? Ghost of LucasArts; 7:57 PM; October 26, 2020
- Hello. Sorry to see that you're having uploading issues. Firstly, if you're having any problems, it's highly recommended that you use our IRC or Discord channels to report them. It's very unlikely that anyone is going to notice you leaving a comment on your own talk page — I only just happened to notice this by chance. As far as the uploading issue, this seems to be a wider problem experienced by other users as well, which is likely due to the recent UCP migration. At this time, we're not totally sure what the problem is. Toprawa and Ralltiir (talk) 00:28, 27 October 2020 (UTC)
- Ok, so should I just wait and see what happens with this picture problem? Ghost of LucasArts; 8:31 PM; October 26, 2020

Lucasfilm anniversary
Hi, Ghost. Where did you found that date? -- NanoLuukeCloning facility 15:29, 20 April 2021 (UTC)
- On Wikipedia. User:Ghost of LucasArts; 11:49 AM; April 20, 2021
- Then I had to remove it. First, information on dating pages much be sourced on one of our articles (product, person, company, etc). Second, Wikipedia isn't a reliable source and should never be used in a citation. Note that does proscribe from using Wikipedia to find a source. Third, the complete date itself isn't cited on Wikipedia (in the infobox), only 1971 is, in the article. --NanoLuukeCloning facility 16:09, 20 April 2021 (UTC)

The Bad Batch overrules the Kanan comics
Per Aftermath (episode), Depa Billaba's lightsaber had a blue blade. This is a canonical fact since The Bad Batch overrules the Kanan comics. Please do not continue to replace blue with green on that article. OOM 224 ༼༽talk༼༽ 17:14, 6 May 2021 (UTC)

THR lightsabers
If you replace a file by overwriting it with a completely different image (which isn't really recommended), you need to update the source and other information accordingly. Therefore I'm asking you to add proper information to File:SskeerLightsaber.png and File:VernLightsaber ATOC.png, because neither image is from the source mentioned. 01miki10 Open comlink 23:33, 23 August 2021 (UTC)
OOM Pilots
Where do OOM pilot battle droids appear in Dark Disciple? Editoronthewiki (talk) 16:29, 10 September 2021 (UTC)
- Chapter 36, page 259, "...behind the two droid 'pilots' seated in the cockpit,...". Ghost of LucasArts; 12:34 PM; September 10, 2021
- I see your point, but, given we see typical B1s as pilots in episodes like The Deserter, we cannot assume these are OOMs. Also, the book has a habit of not confirming whether the droids featured are B1s. I am certain the intention is that these are standard B1s or OOM pilots, but we cannot assume as such at this time Editoronthewiki (talk) 15:44, 1 October 2021 (UTC)

RE: Pronouns
Hi Ghost of Lucasarts, I've reverted your edits to Venomor since nothing in the episode provides the character's gender, only pronouns. I know for a long time we've assumed gender from pronouns, but it's a practice we're now stopping since there are cases in Star Wars and in real life where the pronouns aren't indicative of gender, for example, a non-binary person might use he/him or she/her. Take a look at Forum:SH:Making use of pronouns for discussion on the issue. Ayrehead02 (talk) 21:46, 1 February 2023 (UTC)
-Sorry, I didn't know we were doing pronouns now, but I haven't been on Wookieepedia for a while now. I'm not against representation.
- No worries, the infobox field was only recently introduced by CT. Let me know if you've got any questions. Thanks, Ayrehead02 (talk) 22:02, 1 February 2023 (UTC)
