- "A small one-man fighter should be able to penetrate the outer defense."
"Pardon me for asking, sir, but what good are snub-fighters going to be against that?" - ―Jan Dodonna and Jon Vander, referring to the Death Star battle station
The Rebel Alliance made use of X-wing and B-wing snub-fighters.
Snub-fighter was a term used to describe small starfighters[1] such as the Z-95 Headhunter,[2] its successor, the T-65B X-wing starfighter, the BTL-A4 Y-wing assault starfighter/bomber,[1] the B-wing,[3] the TIE/fo space superiority fighter, and the TIE/sf space superiority fighter.[4]
