Nanotechnology

  • Okay. The list is okay to remove but I don't know why it needs to be verified. It isn't explicitly said to be nanotechnology but its technology and its nano. I don't see why we can't just put the conjecture tag instead of verify? I apologize for insulting you.     • Pages need to be verified so we don't let fanon/nonsense pages exist, not saying this is one but the need to verify is there for a reason. Creating pages

When making pages please put more effort into them rather than just 'so and so is a book coming out in 2018' and nothing else, at least put an infobox and properly source the pages --Lewisr (talk) 03:05, April 9, 2018 (UTC)

FFG

The only FFG book I know for certain is canon is Dawn of Rebellion, the rest are really a case by case thing. Hi, thanks for pointing new pages, but its not necessary to link the page where is found, especially since there's some long links that don't show up complete on the recent changes and there's also links that don't shows us anything given that I think we need to own the book on Google to see it. You can always use the link shortener, but its not necessary to indicate the page just go ahead and create it and if there's someone who doubts about it they can ask on the article talk page. Slender-Man

If you can find a source like Daniel José Older himself that says its a reference to it then feel free to make a BTS section on Fyzen Gor's page. The reason I redirected the page to Fyzen's page its not really something that needs a page when we can simply mention on Fyzen's page about the Wookiees calling him it --Lewisr (talk) 02:12, April 21, 2018 (UTC)

RE:Frustrated with hook extension

I think it's because a character was entered that's not supported by the wikia. I remember having that problem a long time ago, but I don't exactly remember what it was or how I fixed it. I think it's better if you reach out to one of the admins, I'm not sure how to help. Hi, just wondering if you're using the source editor or Visual Editor. The latter has a tendency to add in random unwanted formatting, and that's actually what happened in an edit you were unable to save, as seen in this image. Solo novel

Problem with Star Wars Adventures IDW

Desalination plant

When I searched the novel I couldn't see anything so if you spotted it can you say where? Not that I don'trust you, I just like to know. No Jedibiblothiek doesn't count as a source, they are just a fansite and we need to official sources to say stuff before we add things/make pages --Lewisr (talk) 18:14, July 1, 2018 (UTC)

  • I actually don’t remember the page number. I have a great memory for written words and images but I have trouble remembering numbers. I also don’t have Catalyst anymore. I hated it so I donated it to the library. It’s okay. If I find it someday I’ll let you know. You can just leave the page the way it is. Making pages

  • I tried to create the last page properly but the wiki wouldn’t let me. My other pages were fine. I don’t know how to upload images so others will have to do it for me. Looking at other pages and seeing what they have is always helpful, that's what I do.           • All of the comic pages I created were sourced. I didn’t source them in the date box but I don’t know how that is necessary. One source should be enough. Also I think you should get someone to be in charge of the monthly solicitations. If I wasn’t OC, these pages would still not be created and tbh, the comics are the only literature media that give story altering content. The novels don’t do anything big so the comics need to Ben kept up with. Lewisr used to do it every month but he’s MIA. The point is, I am a clumsy editor with a computer skills in the negative zone (I can barely work MicroSoft Accel.) I’ll try to source stuff but I really think you should get someone who can make the pages for comics in the middle of each month.             • First of all. Everyone here is a volunteer, if people want to do it they will do it. People are busy working, studying, relaxing, etc so there's no point of saying to put someone in charge. If you want to do it, you can just do it without rushing. Being lazy/clumsy is something you want, I started the same way, but decided to read what has been linked many times in your talk page. For example copy-pasting the same article to create a new one is fine, but at least take the time to see and remove everything related to that original article. The source section you add is unnecessary you need to add the reference to the date. If you really want to help read, see how it's formatted, I went thru all the comics that you created and corrected them, take time to see how it was done, what you missed. The point is to improve, not to demand someone to do it. As you said it's a monthly thing, you have plenty of time to read and see other articles. This goes to anything you create like books, Resistance episodes, etc. Ask for help, I've been correcting your articles see what I do different and take that feedback to become a better editor.--DarthRuiz30 (talk) 23:50, October 17, 2018 (UTC)

        • I guess the real point is that we don't know they found that information, whilst they had titles that were eventually right we still can't take it 100% certain.
