GAN on Moogan needing last bit of info
Dear CC, I have a question regarding content within the Star Wars: Clone Wars Adventures MMO game, and I'm hoping you still have access. In order to complete a GAN on Moogans, I need to know what articles of clothing were available in the Shop that related to them and anything else involving them in the game. I appreciate any assistance. Thank you much. -- Riffsyphon1024 07:28, July 14, 2011 (UTC)

Inqmoot 44
A new Inqmoot has been scheduled for Sunday September 11 at 0:00 UTC/GMT. Please leave notes if you cannot attend. Cheers, grunny@wookieepedia:~$ 10:07, August 22, 2011 (UTC)
- Hey, CC. I just noticed your note on the Inqmoot page, and it appears that you may be confused as to when the meeting is. As the infobox (which is correct) shows, the meeting is not on Sunday afternoon anywhere in the world; 0:00 UTC on Sunday converts to Saturday evening in the U.S. (8:00 pm on the East Coast and 5:00 pm on the West Coast). The source of the confusion here may be that you're thinking midnight Sunday night, which is not the case; 0:00 is always at the start of the day, never the end. Just wanted to give you a heads-up to make sure you don't miss a meeting that you actually can attend. :) Master Jonathan — Jedi Council Chambers Monday, August 22, 2011, 22:09 UTC

What is this?. IIRC, I have no memory of this guy, and it's been a while since I've seen the ARC trooper episode. I could check, but do you know if this clone appeared in the episode? JangFett (Talk) 05:33, August 26, 2011 (UTC)

Re:TCW
Hey CC7567. Sorry, I didn't realize that about the discussion on the new encyclopedia. I will refrain from using it as a source for now as you suggest, and I'll fix the ones I've already done with whatever template is eventually established. Apologies also about the tense problems; I'm generally not used to creating articles as opposed to editing them. — Hunter Kahn 07:00, September 14, 2011 (UTC)
A little request
Hey CC; I'm finally ready to nominate Flash for something, but was wondering if you could cast an eye over the article as one of our resident TCW experts? I've made some logical assumptions which are spelled out in the BTS concerning the three clone troopers which I'd like some feedback on if you're able. If not, don't worry - I'll just throw the article to the wolves and see what happens :P Thanks in advance, Cavalier One20px(Squadron channel) 21:16, September 14, 2011 (UTC)
- Strangely, that was the assumption that I thought I would have little trouble with :P Ah well, it won't make much odds to the article in terms of content, so the change would be minor. Getting a nice image of the three troopers would be the difficult part, and would also mean removing the image from Lucky's page. As for the date - the two mentions of 21 BBY are already sourced to the Annual (ref tag [2]). Thanks for looking it over. I'll make some changes shortly and then inflict it upon you again if you're willing :P Cavalier One20px(Squadron channel) 07:57, September 15, 2011 (UTC)
- Ah, gotcha :P I'll look to make some changes over the weekend and let you know if you're willing to give it the once over again :) - Cavalier One20px(Squadron channel) 19:10, September 16, 2011 (UTC)

Encyclopedia
Hey CC. Just wanted to consult with you regarding the new SW.com Encyclopedia. I've noticed that all the entries now include a slideshow gallery with accompanying captions. The question is, do we count these as part of the entry? Say, for example, the sixth slide in the Cad Bane slideshow mentions Denal. Should I place Bane's entry in Denal's source list? ARC Trooper Hammer?
Hello there CC7567, I have a concern about the page, [[Unidentified Advanced Recon Commando 3/Legends|Unidentified Advanced Recon Commando 3]]. I have found a link (posted on the Talk page of said article) that states his nickname is Hammer, but it's a forum so it may not be official. However, this guy has pictures of himself and his friends (dressed as the troopers) with Dave Filoni, who may have provided them with the ARC troopers' names. This source may be too flimsy, but it's possible it's his actual name, take a look and see what you think. Bane7670 21:58, September 17, 2011 (UTC)
Battle of Tatooine
CC, could you delete the Invasion of Tatooine page so that I could move Battle of Tatooine (Clone Wars) to this title? Image sizes in articles?
Hey, CC. Thanks for taking the time to review and support Ewok battle wagon! I did do a slight revert on some of your changes, specifically to the image size hard-coding. I've always tried to leave image sizes to "thumb" wherever possible, so that user preferences can take effect. For instance, my personal prefs are set to display images at 250 px. I admit I could be completely off on this assumption, though, and if so, please let me know! In short, my changes back are tentative; please revert my revert if I'm mistaken and there's some policy I'm forgetting. ~Savagelink=User talk:SavageBob 16:25, September 24, 2011 (UTC)

Re: Rex in Widevision
Yeah, I was planning to go through all relevant articles and add the cards as sources, but I ran out of steam midway through. Anyway, Rex is featured on the following cards: (Mentioned in the text and/or quotes) Tension on Rishi's Moon, Destroy the Outpost!, The Republic Swoops In, Grievous' Cantankerous Ally. Ahsoka's Deadly Duel, Crack-Up on Maridun, Is It Right to Fight?, Enter the Talz, An Avoidable Conflict, An Enemy Among Us, The Informer, The Hidden Enemy, Derailing a Mad Doctor, Clones in the Bomb Room, Seeking the Reeksa Root, Jaybo Bids Farewell.
(Po) In Defense of the Lurmen, Wave of Death, Anakin's Stern Guidance, Ahsoka Strikes Back.
There's no new info. Each card features a brief summary of events that happened in the episode it illustrates. QuiGonJinn 20px(Talk) 11:04, October 16, 2011 (UTC)

I wanted to ask your opinion about the future of our clone trooper articles. Three Jedi Masters
Hiya, CC. A few days ago, you deleted our article on Three Jedi Masters because there exist articles on the individual three Jedi. However, when I splintered that article, I put the main one up for TC, because not having it presents a linking issue, and it defaulted to keep. I was just wondering if you discussed deleting it with anyone beforehand. If not, I think it should be restored and placed back on the TC, so it can be judged again (this time with more enthusiasm, hopefully). NaruHina Talk 14px 21:03, October 23, 2011 (UTC)

Episode Prisoners
CC7567,
I am in question as to why you removed my recent edit to the article Prisoners. I read your description under the history, and there are such references on Wookiepedia, such as under the article Hunt for Ziro, and the two references there are even more obscure than the one I wrote. Also, I thought that things like that were only encouraged on Wookiepedia because they add to the information database. Any user could stumble upon or search for that article, and either confirm something they already thought they saw or discover that as a new fact, thus adding to their knowledge of Star Wars and completing Wookiepedia's goal of being a Star Wars database about things that are or are relating to Star Wars.
In addition, it is not unsourced. It is clear reference as not only does Kit Fisto mimick word for word what Sallah says, but he also says it in a similar voice, if you saw the episode. For these above reasons, I think the edit should be reverted to what I wrote, perhaps edited to make the wording smoother and easier to understand. Nevertheless, I will leave the article alone until you give me further word on the subject. Thank you very much.
--Master Tej 22:24, October 25, 2011 (UTC)
- Alright, I saw your message. Thank you very much for leaving me that article about the Three Musketeers reference. It actually helped clear up a lot. However, to be able to publish this edit, I'm still confused about what I need to get. At one point in the discussion it was written that all that was required was I get five Wookiepedians confirming seeing this in the episode. However, it looked like another person said that I have to get an official source by someone affiliated with Lucas or Lucasfilm, and it looked like another was saying I just need a credible online source. Can you tell me what the offcial Wookiepedia policy is in regards to this?
--Master Tej 11:39, October 26, 2011 (UTC)
Heroes on Both Sides moving
Since you originally moved the article (:P), I strongly believe the TCW episode Heroes on Both Sides should be redirected to [[Heroes on Both Sides (episode)]], while Heroes on Both Sides (comic story) should have the main article without parenthesis. Basically looking at this, the vast majority of articles that are linking to the Heroes on Both Sides article are referring to the comic, not the TCW episode. Since the episode's linkage is in the lesser scale of things compared to the comic's linking, I think the move would be good. That way after, either myself or someone can correctly fix the links that are referring to the TCW episode without much trouble. JangFett (Talk) 15:15, October 26, 2011 (UTC)

How much do you think they will incorporate from the comic book to the tv show? From what i could from the season 4 trailer, there will be rex in disguise, Ahsoka in speeder side car, and kenobi saying "anakin has been trying to put his past behind him and has struggle with it". Do you think it will end like it did in the comics? with dooku trying to destroy the evidence lord sidious's behest? can't wait to see it.--CC-1990 18:47, October 28, 2011 (UTC)

Z-85_Headhunter
This is an inaccurate article. There is no source calling the fighter from this episode as a Z-85. It is called a head hunter which is the name for a Z-95. It is just a two engine variation of the Z-95 not a completely different ship. —Unsigned comment by Ozzy667 (talk • contribs)

Yeah, but what's confusing about this is that his Encyclopedia entry calls him by his CT name as well, and the information appears to be up-to-date (around the Umbara arc). As for the Jesse issue, you should log into IRC more often. :P There were a few interesting discussions about that, but here's some archived ones: [Redacted by administration]. I bet once they correct these errors on the OS, the Kamino unit article will be TC'd. JangFett (Talk) 04:09, November 1, 2011 (UTC)
- Yeah, you're right, though and the joke is over. :P Also, do you know where Kix appears in the Darkness episode? I see a clone trooper with a backpack in the episode, though the clone's shoulder armor doesn't match Kix's (seen in his encyclopedia entry). The clone trooper with the backpack was shot in the episode. JangFett (Talk) 04:35, November 1, 2011 (UTC)

Quick question re: Colt page edit
I notice you edited "DVD/BD release" down to just "DVD release". I was just wondering what the rationale for this is when there's more than one format release available. Question about future edits to the Pong Krell page
- Hi CC. In the last day or two I've become pretty skeptical that JRT and myself--two Wookieepedians who have vastly differing opinions on the characters in the Umbara arc--can compromise in the future as we did recently. This is because of an exchange on my talk page which you can look at for yourself; in a nutshell, I asked him to try and help me understand why he seemed to like Krell so much, and part of his answer was that (I'm paraphrasing here, of course) it was because he didn't think much of clones. They aren't human according to him, aren't entitled to any rights, aren't worthy of sympathy since they go on to execute Order 66, and finally they're supposed to obey any order they're given without question, regardless of whether obeying such an order would be immoral or disastrous or what. There's an unlimited supply of them as well, he said, so Krell can afford to throw their lives away. (He seems to have forgotten about the "Clone Wars" episode in which the Senate was divided over whether to purchase additional clone troopers from Kamino because IIRC doing so would be expensive as hell. So even if you're comfortable with sacrificing clones left and right--and I'm not--and don't consider it a waste of human life, then it's still a waste of resources and something to be avoided when possible, in my opinion.)
- In a nutshell, here's what we've got. We have one guy, me, who has come to sympathize with the clones after watching the tv show and who thinks they deserve to be treated like people, and who has a negative view of Krell for the way he treats the clones under his command. (JRT made the argument that they were basically nothing more than flesh and blood battle droids, but I think that droids shouldn't be mistreated either if they have the capacity to suffer. R2-D2, for instance--I don't think any Star Wars fan with a heart considers Artoo expendable because he's nothing more than a machine.) And on the other side, we have a guy who seems to really admire Krell for reasons I just can't understand and thus won't bother trying to explain, while at the same time having a negative view of clones in general and Rex in particular.
- Usually on wikis like this those kinds of problems seem to be solved by majority rules; if somebody went to Wikipedia and edited the entry on Josef Stalin to sing Stalin's praises, inside of five minutes there'd be several editors changing the entry back because the general consensus is that Stalin wasn't a nice guy. On here, though, the only ones who seem to be editing that page to determine whether it portrays Krell and/or the clones in a positive or negative light seem to be JRT and myself. JRT's accused me of being biased. I think that he's biased too, based on what he said on my talk page as well as the edits he's made.
- My suggestion is that when you have two people accusing one another of bias like this then neither one of them should be allowed to touch the page or have the final say on how it looks, but I don't know if that's an option on here. What are your thoughts?--HanShotFirst 14:43, November 9, 2011 (UTC)
- If I may, I'd like to interject something real quick. If I understand correctly, you and JRT are editing an article that you have differing views on. According to WP:NPOV, you and JRT need to write the article according to what is said in the source. Not what you or he thinks it should be.--Cal Jedi8px (Personal Comm Channel) 14:48, November 9, 2011 (UTC)
- That seems like a perfectly reasonable suggestion, but we're having trouble with that. I'll give you an example. One source, namely The General, has the narrator saying that Krell employed a "reckless" strategy that resulted in a "disastrous" defeat. I used the word "defeat" to describe the results of his strategy. JRT changed that word to "setback", and removed or rewrote all criticism of Krell's strategy. And then on the talk page for the Krell entry, he questioned whether the narrator for the tv show was reliable. So I don't think he's being objective, and he doesn't think I can be objective...--HanShotFirst 15:05, November 9, 2011 (UTC)
- I just showed you where the rule is. I'll let the admin make the final decision. :P --Cal Jedi8px (Personal Comm Channel) 15:10, November 9, 2011 (UTC)
- If I may interject as well, considering how this topic includes me, I would like to point out that I have been going by what the sources say, and what we have seen in the episodes (e.g. Krell is a war hero, but is willing to sacrifice clones to achieve victory, etc.). And with all due respect to HanShotFirst, based on what I've seen in his edits, he is the one who hasn't been objective. The information that I have put into the article is canon and sourced. His edits more reflected his point of view: This was not neutral, nor was this. I'm not trying to break any rules of civility here, but I don't appreciate being accused of playing favoritism when my "accuser" has clearly not been objective in his edits. JRT2010 16:24, November 9, 2011 (UTC)
- Most of what you linked to were facts from the episodes. Krell did order them to march into what turned out to be a minefield, for example, after being advised against it by Rex. After finding themselves in the minefield, the clones did try to walk around the mines, in other words they tried to nagivate it. That's when they got ambushed. You thought that there should be no mention of any of this for some reason, presumably because it makes Krell look bad. When the narrator recounted those events and described Krell's strategy as "reckless", you questioned whether that was a valid source and were unwilling to admit that Krell was at fault. I admit that I could have phrased things more neutrally in past edits, but so could you. If you think that you're being impartial in your edits, you are fooling yourself. And my proposed solution is that neither one of us edits this page in the future, that we leave that to other people. I trust the other Wookieepedians to provide an accurate account of what happens. Do you not trust them?--HanShotFirst 17:35, November 9, 2011 (UTC)
- To elaborate: JRT took out everything about how Krell ordered the clones into that minefield and ambush, and instead wrote that the clones were ambushed and had to be saved by Krell. That paints the clones as inept and hopeless and paints Krell as their saviour. That wasn't what happened in the episode. That isn't objective. That's a distortion of the facts.--HanShotFirst 17:41, November 9, 2011 (UTC)

Both of you: please stop arguing. You've turned the Krell talk page, both of your talk pages, and now mine into an argument board. I don't care about who's right and who's wrong—in fact, neither of you are right because at this point, neither of you have exhibited proper respect or maturity in handling this unnecessary dispute. It's not about being right—it's about cooperating with others in a mature and respectful manner regardless of differences in personal opinion, which I can conclude is definitely not the case just from a glance at your disagreements across the site. Personal opinions should not prevent users from contributing to the site in an effective, productive, and unbiased manner, and both of you have failed to do so thus far. At this point, the only proper solution is to tell both of you to stay away from the Krell article (under the consequence of strict administrative action) until you can stop accusing the other of wrongdoing. It doesn't seem like either of you will be able to handle this disagreement maturely in the future (and I encourage you to prove me wrong and hope that you eventually will). Until then, please stop turning Wookieepedia into a battleground. This is the first and last time I will say this to both of you: proliferating this unnecessary conflict will result in blocks will be issued to match the severity of the offense. Please do not continue contributing to Wookieepedia until you can do so with respect and maturity toward other contributors and the site itself. CC7567 (talk) 04:16, November 10, 2011 (UTC)

I'm afraid I don't follow your reasoning. Is there some implication that the production art already present on the episode guide may be wrong? Z-85 Headhunter
Hey CC; saw that you redirected Z-85 to Z-95 based on the correction to the Darkness of Umbara slideshow gallery. Quick question though - the new info just states "Headhunter", not "Z-95 Headhunter". Bit pedantic I know, but wouldn't the Wook guidelines at this point say to move Z-85 Headhunter to just Headhunter? There's no actual confirmation it's a Z-95 is there? I admit to being a little vague on the entire issue, and I haven't properly seen an image of the starfighter in question, but was following the talk page discussion with one eye so I thought I'd throw my opinion in :P - Cavalier One20px(Squadron channel) 09:16, November 11, 2011 (UTC)

CT-7567
I'm not sure it should have been moved from CC-7567. Our unwritten policy has been that whatever the majority of sources calls something, that is what we refer to them as. More sources call him CC-7567 than just the Encyclopedia and couple of episodes of TCW. Or are we going under the assumption that they are officially changing his designation, due to the fact he's a captain, and all other CC designated clones are all commanders? Editing page CT-7567
Hey CC7567!
I'm a newbie here. I'm interested in making changes to Rex's (CT-7567) page - in particular I think that much of Rex's character developments are being underrepresented or even contradicted (the article brushes aside the concept of individuality and asserts that Rex "followed orders without question", which is simply inaccurate as of S4E07-S4E10).
I'm a fairly experienced writer and I think I could clear some of these issues up, as well as improve some of the phrasing used throughout the article. (I've already made contributions to the pages for the episodes I mentioned) but I'm apparently unable to edit Rex's page. I don't know if that can be remedied but if it could (or if you could clarify why I can't edit) I'd really appreciate that.
Thanks! --Sachariah 22:16, December 3, 2011 (UTC)

With the new image, and all the changes TCW is making to canon, the new quote seems very fitting. Take a look and see what you think. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 05:39, December 11, 2011 (UTC)
Wild Space: Battle of Bimmisaari
Hello, CC. Currently I'm mopping up those small one-mention-articles about the Clone Wars battles in The Clone Wars: Wild Space. However, after I read the piece about the [[Battle of Bimmisaari (Clone Wars)]] I wondered if this is actually a battle. The novel says as follows: Saesee Tiin in desperate straits closer to the core, on Bimmisaari—but no. No, that was not now, that was then. A trade dispute of the past, long since peacefully settled. So is there a Clone Wars battle at all in your opinion. Thanks for your time. Clone Commander Lee Talk 11:23, December 11, 2011 (UTC)
Jendirian Valley
- One of the picures on Jendirian Valley has the dots from appearences overlapping with text in the text box. I have fixed it twice, but it was reverted both times. Any suggestions to how I can fix it so that it is not reverted?--501st dogma 22:58, December 11, 2011 (UTC)
Fact File questions
Hey CC, I'm curious... how complete is your Fact File collection? Darth Trayus(Trayus Academy) 09:10, December 14, 2011 (UTC)
- Ehh, I'm looking for info from number 41. Any hope for finding that? Darth Trayus(Trayus Academy) 05:33, December 16, 2011 (UTC)
Dave Filoni commentary
In the commentary video for Shadow Warrior, Mercy Mission and Nomad Droids, Dave Filoni calls Orphne a "Frog-lady" and was wondering if you've watched that video yet. He says that with a smile on his face, but doesn't seem to me like he's actually joking about that being her species. I'd love your input if you think we should officially create an article for [[Frog-lady]] and put that as Orphne's species. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 02:39, December 18, 2011 (UTC)
Battle infobox
Do we really have to mention all battles from the infobox in the articles? That would be very stupid for such articles like Battle of Korriban (Clone Wars) or Battle of Lanos. Clone Commander Lee Talk 13:37, December 18, 2011 (UTC)

Hi, just wondering about Wolffe's page. Do think it would be better if I replaced the full phase 2 armour shot with the one that you removed due to lack of space, because it does show Wolffe's armor from seasons 1-4 in one shot. Thanks,--501st dogma 22:27, December 18, 2011 (UTC)
CC-2224
I noticed you changed what I put on CC-2224 in the Battle of the Rishi Moon section, and I had changed that because I listened to the audio file accompanying the quote, and it had the word "heck", not what you put in there.--StarWarsFan9988 01:23, December 20, 2011 (UTC)
Battles and infoboxes
Hey CC,
I'm wondering if I can get you to weigh in on something on the CAN page. Here and here, there seems to be some disagreement about whether or not the "Previous," "Concurrent," and "Next" battles from the infobox need to be included in the article body. Some feel that nothing should be infobox-exclusive, while others feel that they're not relevant to the article itself. As you've written quite a few Battle articles, would you be able to offer an opinion? Thanks. Menkooroo 12:31, December 21, 2011 (UTC)
- Thanks for chiming in! I mentioned this on Jon's talk page too, but it might be worth CT'ing a change to the wording on the GAN page in order to note exceptions to the rule. Menkooroo 18:26, December 21, 2011 (UTC)
Barn-burner
[[:File:TPM 3D poster.jpg|thumb|150px|left]] Just wanted to encourage everyone participating in December's barn-burner on Star Wars: Episode I The Phantom Menace to keep up the hard work! Only two articles have been passed, but five are currently nominated, and I suspect numerous projects are underway. The month is over halfway through, so we need to hurry and finish as many articles as we can before the end of the month. Keep writing and keep reviewing! Also, don't forget about the current CT on Databank entries in the "Sources" section, as many articles will have to be updated to meet the new criteria. I thank all of you for taking part in this project and working to make the site better for the release of The Phantom Menace in 3-D in February, and I'm confident the results will be satisfactory. Anyway, just keep...doing what you're doing. :P MasterFred20px(Whatever) 20:28, December 21, 2011 (UTC)
Darth Bane editing
So your name is coming up for putting Darth Bane on suspension so I've done some skimming and can't seem to find a reason... Your response is appreciated.

Titles
I understand the matter is still under discussion, but what's wrong with changing the articles to their official titles? Why keep the "wrong" one? Alexrd 21:11, December 26, 2011 (UTC)
Abeloth's power
Really. Why was this deleted. I read Ascension. That's what happened. Im going to re-create it, with a less conjunctural title. Is that okay with you?24.193.145.164 07:14, December 27, 2011 (UTC)
Image usage
[[:File:VentressFlirty-ARCTroopers.jpg|right|thumb|150px]] I was curious what your planned use is for [[:File:GrievousVentress-KaminoARC.jpg|GrievousVentress-KaminoARC.jpg]]. I have another image from that scene, where Ventress is being a little flirty and strokes Grievous's chin, or what passes for a chin on his face mask. I'd really wanted to use that image, but couldn't find a place for it. I wondered, depending on your planned usage of the image, if you would mind if I uploaded mine to replace it. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 03:17, December 29, 2011 (UTC)
- It seems pretty clear that Ventress was being flippantly flirty and disrespectful towards Grievous to rile him up and throw him off guard. The caption could reflect that, like "Ventress displayed a flippant disrespectful of Grievous's authority" or something like that. - JMAS 20px Hey, it's me! 03:29, December 29, 2011 (UTC)

Look, sir,
I meant most of what I said. For multiple times I was denied of the questions I post at KB. Most recently, I was blocked by this administrator who is so power hungry that he blocked me for three months due to that rule that said "this place is not here because you don't want to read" or something, even though I find it hard to find the actual answer in the article. My question was: What was that turbine-like objects on the side of the BARC speeder? He gave me no answers and blocked me. This has happened before. I may be a fool to put the things up, but, with all due respect, I have the rights to post my thought. Anakin Skyobiliviator (talk) 18:10, December 29, 2011 (UTC)

Im really annoyed. Okay its copyrighted, but these books exist. Instead of deleting them, why don't you try and fx them? They don't have a presecnse on this wiki. I don't know how to uplaod images, or how to make the box. You don't even know my frustration at this point!!24.193.145.164 20:32, December 30, 2011 (UTC)
Clone Wars graphic novellas
Hey, CC. As I'm sure you noticed, I recently moved the run of the Clone Wars graphic novellas to not include "Volume 1," "Volume 2," etc. in their article titles. That's because the official titles, as listed on the covers and at Amazon, do not include that information, so I"m not sure where it came from. However, as a non-admin, I don't have the ability to rename the various image categories attached to the articles. The four that seem to use the incorrect titles are [[:Category:Images from Star Wars: The Clone Wars Volume 1: Shipyards of Doom]], [[:Category:Images from Star Wars: The Clone Wars Volume 5: Deadly Hands of Shon-Ju]], [[:Category:Images from Star Wars: The Clone Wars Volume 6: The Starcrusher Trap]], and [[:Category:Images from Star Wars: The Clone Wars Volume 8: The Enemy Within]]. Do you have the buttons needed to migrate them all? Thanks for any help, man, and Happy New Year! ~Savagelink=User talk:SavageBob 00:55, January 1, 2012 (UTC)
