Shulstine was an astronomical object[1] located in the Shulstine system[3] in the Colonies[1] and the Interior,[2] situated in grid square M-9 of the Standard Galactic Grid.[1] The celestial body lay on the hyperspace route known as the Perlemian Trade Route,[4] which connected it to[1] the planets[5][6] Rhinnal and Castell.[1] In 382 BBY,[7] Galactic Republic Supreme Chancellor Kyong Greylark had work regarding talks about a trade dispute between Shulstine and Castell.[4]
Behind the scenes
Shulstine was first introduced in the current Star Wars canon in Cataclysm, a novel written by Lydia Kang and published in 2023 as part of the Star Wars: The High Republic multimedia project's[4] Phase II.[8] In the Star Wars Legends continuity, Shulstine V was an astronomical object introduced in "Triplet Threat," a Wizards of the Coast roleplaying seed authored by Jason Fry and released on Wizards.com on January 22, 2004.[9]
