A piercing was jewelry or another item worn pierced through the skin on the body part. Body parts that could be pierced included ears[1] and chests.[2]

Darth Maul had a cartilage piercing in his left ear.[1] The Hassk Snarl had piercings in his ears and on his nose ridge, and the Weequay Drell had two piercings in his right eyebrow.[3]
