The Moraband system was located in the Esstran sector of the Outer Rim Territories in the galaxy. The system was located in grid square R-5 of the Standard Galactic Grid.[1]
Behind the scenes
The Moraband system was mentioned in the current Star Wars canon in the article "Star Systems of the Galaxy" published on StarWars.com on June 24, 2025.[1] The system was originally introduced in the Star Wars Legends continuity in the second issue of Star Wars: Tales of the Jedi – Dark Lords of the Sith, published by Dark Horse Comics on November 1, 1994.[2]
