Mam Possy's was a café in the planet Batuu's Black Spire Outpost that served lunch items, including root-worm wraps. The establishment's tables were situated on a wide balcony that offered a view of the nearby spaceport and marketplace.[1] In 382 BBY,[2] the pilot Sky Graf expressed their wish to go with Jedi Padawan Rooper Nitani to Mam Possy's to convince the latter to join their crew for the Hyperspace Chase contest. Graf desired to do so over a lunch of a root-worm wrap, which their friend Dass Leffbruk had recommended to them.[1]
Nitani joined them, staying even after learning their true search was for hard-to-reach world of Planet X. After the group returned to Batuu, they visited Mam Possy's and enjoyed a lunch of root-worm wraps with their Kessarine colleague Fel Ix as they discussed their future plans. They departed the eatery not long afterward to meet Jedi Master Rok Buran's ship upon its arrival to Batuu.[1]
Behind the scenes
Mam Possy's appeared in Quest for Planet X, a junior novel written by Tessa Gratton and published in 2023 as part of the Star Wars: The High Republic multimedia campaign's[1] Phase II.[3]
