To use this template, paste the following code into the top of the article, filling all relevant fields:

Parameters
|image=— If an image of the store is available, it should be included here.|name=— The name of the store.|established=— If known when the store was founded or first established, that information should be included here. Generally, this would be either an exact or approximate year (or range of years). It is usually not considered necessary to say "By the Republic Era" or other similarly vague statements for a store that only first appeared in the Republic Era without other information about its establishment; such is implied.|closed=— If known when the store closed, that information should be included here. Same note as|established=about vague statements applies.|locations=— If known where the store had location(s), that should be included here.|owners=— If known who the store's owner(s) were, that should be included here.|staff=— If known who the store's non-owner staff member(s) were, that should be included here.|goods=— If known what goods the store sold or had available for sale, that information should be included here.|services=— If known what services the store provided, that information should be included here.|hours=— If known what the store's hours of operation were, that information should be included here.|affiliation=— If known what the store's affiliation was, that information should be included here. It is of note that a store is not automatically affiliated with say, the Galactic Empire solely because it at one point sold one of its stormtroopers an item. Nor is a store automatically assumed to be affiliated with the Rebel Alliance because one of its staff members is a rebel in their non-working hours. Meanwhile, company-owned stores or stores that display a reasonable level of affinity with an organization might be more plausible affiliation listings.
