Kalyn Farnmir was a Human female member of the Kuati Security Forces who was framed by corrupt members of Kuat Drive Yards and dishonorably discharged as a result. She then became a bounty hunter, partnering up with the slicer Cian Shee and finding a regular place at the Outlander Club on the planet Coruscant. The two took down the High Priest of the Zealots of Psusan, Scri Oscuro, who planned revenge on Farnmir from prison. He was able to lure Shee to work with him though credits.
When Farnmir learned of the plot in 22 BBY, she was shaken and had to learn the truth for herself. She planned a meeting at the Outlander with Shee and arrived there first, interrogating cultist Nyrat Agira about the dealing. Agira was able to confirm the deal, verifying the bounty hunter's worst fears. When Shee arrived, the two embraced at the club's bar and sat together. When the two left, Farnmir tried to capture Shee, but she escaped and called off the deal with Oscuro. In the later years, Farnmir aided the Rebel Alliance while her former partner took up contracts for the Galactic Empire. When the slicer took in a contract to bring Farnmir in, they fought on the moon Nar Shaddaa, ending when Farnmir killed Shee.
Biography
Dealing justice
Kalyn Farnmir's homeworld was the planet Kuat (pictured).
A Human female with no roots, Kalyn Farnmir was a native of[1] the planet[3] Kuat and a member of the planet's security force. She was the victim of a set up done by corrupt members of the Kuat Drive Yards corporation where in which she took the fall for their dealings of corporate secrets to Neimoidian agents. Farnmir was dishonorably discharged but continued to bring the lawless to justice through becoming a bounty hunter. With her partner, the slicer Cian Shee, the two enjoyed some level of success finding small-time criminals and corporate thieves.[1] On the planet Coruscant, the bounty hunter had a regular place at the bar of the Outlander Club,[4] a nightclub and gambling hall in the planet's Uscru Entertainment District.[5]
Cult revenge
By 22 BBY,[6] Farnmir,[1] with the help of the hired Cian Shee,[7] brought down the High Priest of the religious cult Zealots of Psusan, Scri Oscuro,[1] after former members of the cult discovered his use of spiritual influence for illegal ventures. Oscuro, however, planned revenge from prison using his cult contacts. He lured Shee to work with him through[8] a hefty payout[1] of credits.[8] One night on Coruscant[1] in 22 BBY,[9] Farnmir was alerted of the plot and her partner's involvement by an informant. The bounty hunter was shaken by the information and sought to learn the truth. She planned a discussion over work at the Outlander Club with Shee, knowing the Zealots were experiencing popularity in Coruscant's trendier districts. Farnmir arrived at the Outlander first and scoped out the club, noticing several signs of the cult.[1] After recognizing her Psusan tattoo, the bounty hunter came face-to-face with the woman Nyrat Agira,[10] whom she easily intimidated and interrogated[1] about her tattoo and Oscuro's whereabouts.[11] The woman revealed that the High Priest, who was on Coruscant, did do dealings with Shee,[1] confirming Farnmir's worst fears.[10] The bounty hunter then knew what had to be done.[1]
Farnmir embraced Cian Shee at the Outlander Club.
Farnmir sat at the bar of the club when the bounty hunter Zam Wesell ran into the club, trying the escape from two Jedi after her assassination attempt on Senator Padmé Amidala.[2] When Shee arrived, the bounty hunter pretended nothing was wrong and acted friendly to not appear suspicious.[1] She embraced her partner at the bar and was then served a drink by[2] chief bartender Bufon Taire.[12] The bounty hunter then[2] leaned her stomach against the bar[12] and stared at her drink.[2]
Farnmir and Shee stayed sat at the bar just moments before one of the Jedi, Obi-Wan Kenobi, disarmed Wesell with his lightsaber at the bar.[2] Seeing Kenobi give his own brand of justice only steeled her resolve. When the partners left the club, Farnmir tried to pin down Shee, but her reflexes allowed her to flee and call off the deal with Oscuro, knowing that her former partner was expecting an ambush. Years later after the rise of the Galactic Empire, Farnmir aided the Rebel Alliance, despising the Empire. Shee, who took Imperial contracts, got one to bring Farnmir in.[1] At some point by 2 BBY,[13] the two faced each other in single combat on the[1] moon[14] Nar Shaddaa. Farnmir made no mistakes and made Shee pay for her betrayal with her death.[1]
Personality and traits
Loyalty meant everything to Farnmir. When she learned her partner betrayed her, she was shaken and had to learn the truth.[1] The tough[15] and formidable[12] Farnmir was able to easily interrogate Nyrat Agira.[1] The questioning confirmed her worst fears over Shee's betrayal.[10] Farnmir despised the Galactic Empire, from which her traitorous former partner took contracts from.[1] The mercenary-looking[12] woman stood at 1.74 meters and had light skin, short blonde hair,[1] and gray eyes.[2]
Skills and abilities
Farnmir used her skills in her bounty hunting. When they confronted each other on Nar Shaddaa, the bounty hunter made no mistakes fighting Cian Shee.[1]

Farnmir used a shiny silver blaster pistol.[12] During the night she visited the Outlander Club[2] in 22 BBY,[9] she wore black body armor.[12] She had few possessions.[1]
