Quick CT to continue from this Senate Hall.
I propose that we add to Wookieepedia:Sourcing#Formatting the following passage:
In references to information found in the subtitles or audio description of a film or a television series (examples: A name (Darrb or Trinitite), gender (Unidentified Imperial warlord (commander) or Unidentified Twi'lek male server), pronouns (Elk), translations (Bib Fortuna), identifying information (Anza), or a language spoken (Poobian)), {{Subtitles|source}} or {{AD|source}} respectively will be included.
Examples:
<ref name="Subtitles">{{Resistance|Breakout}} {{Subtitles|Disney+}}</ref>
<ref name="Audio">{{TCW|Rising Malevolence|Rising ''Malevolence''}} {{AD|Netflix, Inc.|Netflix}}</ref>
Voting will be for the subtitle and audio description parts separately. If one passes and another doesn't, the passage will be edited appropriately, removing the related wording and examples.

Discussion
- As far as I know, Disney+ is the only source for audio descriptions other than the no longer available Netflix AD for Star Wars: The Clone Wars. If another source becomes available I think we should pursue documenting the source of the AD in the template, similar to subtitles. The reason we should specify subtitle sources is because DVDs can differ from Disney+. Example: A quote from "Cloak of Darkness" is formatted as "Tell us what we want to know right now, or I will gut like a Rokaria'n dirt fish!" on Star Wars: The Clone Wars Seasons 1-5 Collector's Edition but as "Tell us what we want to know right now, or I will gut you like a Rokarian dirt fish." on Disney+. - I think it should already be part of the template. While the Netflix AD is now lost, it was found in time for Anza Editoronthewiki (talk) 01:00, 12 May 2023 (UTC)
- If others come up with status examples to replace the nonstatus examples given, that would be welcomed. NBDani

- Worth making the (subtitles from Disney+) into its own template?—spookywillowwtalk 18:07, 11 May 2023 (UTC)
- I thought about pursuing that prior to the CT but I knew there was some pushback on Subtitles. So I didn't want to waste a coder's time for something that might not go through. But if it goes through, I think it'd be an easy CT to replace that bit with a template (if necessary). NBDani

- The template would take a few seconds to make (
{{C|Subtitles from {{{1}}}}}) so probably makes sense to do that instead. JediMasterMacaroni(Talk) 18:20, 11 May 2023 (UTC)
