Star Wars (1998) 35

Star Wars 35 is the thirty-fifth issue of the Legends comic book series Star Wars. It was written by John Ostrander, illustrated by Jan Duursema and Ray Kryssing, and first published by Dark Horse Comics on October 24, 2001. It features the story "Darkness Part Four of Four," in which Quinlan Vos launches a mission to rescue Aayla Secura.

Publisher's summary

Quinlan Vos is looking for his missing Padawan, Aayla. Unfortunately, she has fallen in with some bad company – namely a vampiric dark Jedi name [sic] Karkko. To make things worse they are all trapped on a lawless prison planet crawling with mutant vampire-like aliens. Quin's pal Villie has a plan to get them off the planet but it doesn't include rescuing Aayla. That's something that Quin won't consider. He must face off against Karkko and rescue his Padawan – or die trying. Make sure not to miss the conclusion of the thrilling Star Wars: Darkness!
