Continuity

No Man's Land shows a Tusken Raider unmasked for the first time. However, this has not been proven to be their true appearance. It is possible that, because the image is shown in Anakin's dream, it is but a monstrous face that his own fears created.

When waking up from his nightmare, Anakin suddenly had two hands again. (Even though he lost his right under arm at the end of Attack of the Clones) In subsequent images this error does not occur. This could be a mistake by the artist or the colorist.

As the issue ends, Alpha says goodbye to Obi-Wan before going to Kamino to train the next batch of Clone Commanders. Anakin suggests that Alpha gives the trainees names instead of numbers, to which Alpha responds that he'll consider it. This may be the reason why all the commanders have names by the time of Revenge of the Sith.
