Star Wars Legends Epic Collection: Rise of the Sith Vol. 2

From its base of operations on the capital world of
Coruscant, the Jedi Council works hand-in-hand with the
Galactic Senate to maintain peace and order in the galaxy.
The heroic Jedi Masters have been involved in many
adventures over the last several decades, but recent events
have led Grand Master Yoda, head of the Council, to believe
they must be more watchful than ever.

The Yinchorri people have been quarantined from the
Republic after their failed uprising that led to the deaths
of several Jedi, including Master Micah Giiett. The Council
is debating who will best fill its vacant seat: One of the Jedi
Order's greatest Knights, Qui-Gon Jinn, has served the
Council well for years, both alone and alongside his
Padawan learner Obi-Wan Kenobi - but Jinn's headstrong
nature has led to some reservations about his role. Jedi
Master Mace Windu has nominated Yoda's former Padawan
Ki-Adi-Mundi to the Council, despite his rank as a Jedi
Knight.

The Jedi's greatest threat, the evil Sith - who serve the
dark side of the Force - have not been seen in centuries.
But unbeknownst to the Jedi, the deadly Darth Maul and
his mysterious hooded master lurk in the shadows. After
the Sith's success manipulating the Yinchorri, they now
prepare to put further events into motion, and wait for the
right opportunity to strike....
