Under a Black Sun

"Under a Black Sun" is an adventure for the Star Wars: Edge of the Empire roleplaying game, made available as a free download from the Fantasy Flight Games website. It was originally published as part of Free RPG Day on June 15, 2013 and later released at the 2013 Gen Con Game Fair, titled Shadows of a Black Sun.

The city of Coruscant, once the glittering pearl of the Republic, now languishes under the shadow of the Galactic Empire. A bustling black market flourishes in the underworld, controlled by the notorious crime syndicate Black Sun. Now, hired to infiltrate a Black Sun outpost and retrieve vital data about a treacherous bounty hunter, a small group of enterprising individuals works rapidly to access the Black Sun network....^[4]

Amid a backdrop of civil war, the Empire tightens its grip on the galaxy. Yet, even the Emperor's influence only extends so far. At the edge of Imperial power lies a den of smugglers and crime lords, bounty hunters and petty thieves, all seeking to make their fortunes or just survive another day.

Embark on your own adventures in the Star Wars galaxy with the introductory adventure, Shadows of a Black Sun. After a space deal goes awry, the players must enter the seedy underworld of Coruscant and track down a double-dealing bounty hunter. Can they dodge Black Sun thugs and Imperial forces to put an end to his treachery once and for all?
