Daivak was a rocky dry planet situated on the Galactic Frontier and Outer Rim Territories. During the High Republic Era, it was inhabited by settlers. The planet became overrun by the sentient carnivorous plants known as the Drengir several months into their infestation across the frontier, and a combined Jedi Order and Hutt Clan force was sent to fight back the Drengir on Daivak.[1]
