Chad was a planet located in the galaxy's Outer Rim Territories that was the homeworld of the sentient Chadra-Fan species.[1] A blue dressing known as Chadian dressing was from this world.[5]
Behind the scenes
Chad was first mentioned in Galaxy Guide 4: Alien Races, a 1989 Star Wars Legends sourcebook written by Troy Denning for Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game.[7] The planet became canon when it was mentioned in the Databank entry for the Chadra-Fan species that was published on StarWars.com.[1]
