This category is for groups where the context of the source material is ambiguous as to whether they are a species, a culture, a planetary demonym, an organization, or some other form of institution. It functions in a similar role as Category:Individuals of unspecified gender and Category:Individuals of unidentified species as a way to prevent fanon classifications that ignore the original source ambiguity.
