The Dragens were known to the House of Tagge scion Ronen Tagge (pictured).
The Dragens were a group active during the Imperial Era whose members included Kin Dragen.[1] By 3 ABY,[2] Kin had supposedly made a rude remark about the aunt of the House of Tagge scion Ronen Tagge, which Tagge reacted to by having Kin's "manners corrected."[1]
While hosting a party in his penthouse in Canto Bight[1]—the capital city of the Outer Rim planet Cantonica,[3]—that year,[2] Tagge was told by a guest that they were surprised to not see a member of the Dragens at the event. In response, Tagge informed the guest of what Kin had allegedly done during their last conversation and that he had corrected Kin's manners.[1]
Behind the scenes
The Dragens were mentioned in the third issue of the 2020 comic series Star Wars: Doctor Aphra. The issue was written by Alyssa Wong and published by Marvel Comics[1] on August 26, 2020. Prior to the release of the comic, the group was mentioned in a preview article of the issue that was published on StarWars.com on August 19 of the same year.[4]
