The Carmeenian also refered to as just the Carmeen were the inhabitants of the Carmeen. The Carmeenians had their own code of conduct and would skin trespassers alive. Sometime before the Imperial Era they were part of the Battle of Carmeen which resulted in very few Carmeenians surviving the battle.[1]

By 3 BBY, Davo Sculdun, a Chandrilan businessman had several items pertaining to Carmeenian culture in his private gallery on Coruscant. During a Senate Investiture party hosted by Sculdun, Senator Mon Mothma and Director Orson Krennic verbally sparred about the Battle of Carmeen which Mothma had been taught was a systematic execution.[1]

Carmeenian were first mentioned in the sixth episode of the second season of the television series Star Wars: Andor,[1] which aired on Disney+ on April 29, 2025[2]
