- "When I was eighteen, I accompanied my father to the Cadavine sector on a diplomatic mission to Melida/Daan. My mother was on her campaign for the Senate. My father was a senator on Coruscant, and he was working with the Jedi to negotiate the release of the Daan's leader held captive by the Melida."
- ―Axel Greylark, to Gella Nattai
The Cadavine sector was a sector that contained Melida/Daan. During the High Republic Era, Axel Greylark and his father undertook a mission to Melida/Daan, in order to free the leader of the Daan, who had been taken captive by the Melida. The mission turned out to be a trap, and Greylark's father died, and a Jedi Knight saved Greylark.[4]
