Boonta was an astronomical object located in the galaxy's Outer Rim Territories, in grid square S-8 on the Standard Galactic Grid, that was connected to Bimmisaari, Junkfort Station, Klatooine, Sriluur, and Sy Myrth by a hyperspace route.[1] Hondo Ohnaka claimed to have begun his career in the criminal underworld on Boonta, in the service of Porla the Hutt.[6]

Behind the scenes

Boonta was originally first mentioned in the Star Wars Legends continuity in the 1985 animated series Star Wars: Droids episode "The White Witch," and first depicted in the episode "A Race to the Finish" as the location of the Boonta Speeder Race.[7][8]
