Although this article is based on canonical information, the actual name of this subject is pure conjecture.

"'Liberators' crushed [sic] Imperial Navy restores order on Mantooine"
―A statement on the Imperial victory on Mantooine[1]

In 5 BBY, during the armed rebellion in the Atrivis sector, the Liberators managed to seize the Imperial garrison on Mantooine. Shortly afterwards however, the Imperial Navy counterattacked, defeating the Liberators. During the battle, the Rebels used U-wings as troop transports.[1]
