The Aldhani system was a star system that contained the planet Aldhani,[5] home to the Dhani,[4] a group of humans.[3] During the Imperial Era, in 5 BBY, a group of rebels undertook a heist of a Galactic Empire payroll on Aldhani. The Empire subsequently dispatched a Star Destroyer to the Aldhani system, beginning a process of violence against the population as retribution.[5]
