A crystal belt was located in the Aldhani system.[3][6] Every three years, the planet Aldhani passed through the crystal belt as part of its orbital path, allowing meteors from the crystal belt to harmlessly burn up in the atmosphere,[6] creating a spectacle known to the native people of Aldhani as the "Eye of Aldhani."[7]
