"When I reached the bridge , I saw the sun rising on Abrion Major. It was breathtaking."
―Jedi General Obi-Wan Kenobi recalling the battle[1]

The sun that was home to the planet Abrion Major was a star located in the Abrion sector.[1] Around 22 BBY,[4] Jedi General Obi-Wan Kenobi remarked that the sun was breathtaking, when he entered battle at Abrion Bridge.[1]

Behind the scenes

Abrion Major's star first appeared in the third issue of the comic miniseries Star Wars: Obi-Wan, which was published by Marvel Comics[1] on July 27, 2022.[5] The reference booklet "Exegol, the Unknown Regions and Wild Space" places the Abrion Major system in Wild Space,[6] though all other systems contradict this.
