Star Wars Epic Adventures: A New Hope is an illustrated storybook adapting events from the film of the same name. Written by Ivan Cohen with art by Brian Rood, the storybook retells the events of the A New Hope film from the perspective of C-3PO. The book was scheduled to be by Sandvik Publishing as part of the Star Wars Epic Adventures book series. The title would have served as the centerpiece of a subscription-only box set that also featured A New Hope-themed content, but the subscription service was canceled. The book was completed and sent to print, but was never released to consumers.
