- On this, the twenty-ninth day of January in the year of our Lord two-thousand and fourteen, it is my great honor and privilege to announce the nomination of Exiledjedi for the right of Rollback. Without a doubt, EJ is one of the finest Wookieepedians I have ever known. What makes him stand out? Many things, but one comes to mind in particular: his dedication to his work, rather than the bureaucracy. Obviously, the governmental system of Wookieepedia is an important part of what we do, but I think many of us get so wrapped up in it that we forget why we are here. EJ certainly has not. He is committed to doing what needs to be done, regardless of whether he gets recognition or not; and he definitely does not get as much positive attention as he should.
EJ was one of the first people who helped me out when I first joined Wookieepedia, and he has been a source of help and consistency ever since. He monitors the Recent Changes like a hawk, and he keeps those on the IRC well-informed to what is going on when they might not be paying close enough attention. EJ also keeps up on articles that some of us may have forgotten about. There have been multiple times when one of my articles has been vandalized, and before I even realize it, EJ has already taken care of it. Does EJ deserve Rollback? No question about it. Will it benefit Wookieepedia as a whole? Absolutely. Putting extra tools in the hands of responsible people is always beneficial. Let's hear it for EJ.—Cal Jedi(Personal Comm Channel) 16:59, January 29, 2014 (UTC)

- Surprised he didn't already have it, certainly long overdue. Trip391 (talk) 21:27, January 29, 2014 (UTC)
- Absolutely. EJ is one of the most dedicated users I have ever encountered. He is one of the people who is always around, watching. Definitely deserves this. Supreme Emperor (talk) 02:52, January 30, 2014 (UTC)

- I think this is one of those cases where users who don't regularly come on IRC don't see just how valuable EJ's contributions are on a daily basis. There are very few non-admin users I trust with wiki operations as much as EJ. Toprawa and Ralltiir (talk) 04:00, January 30, 2014 (UTC)

- There are only a few Wookieepedians who, upon seeing a lack of user rights, make one ask "how does he not already have this?" EJ is one of those Wookieepedians. -- Darth Culator (Talk) 07:22, February 10, 2014 (UTC)

Optional candidate Q&A
- Why should you be granted rollback rights?
- Basically, I feel that rollback would be very useful for reverting nonsense and vandalism, especially when a large number of those types of edits appear on the RCs in a short time frame. I will also endeavor to make sure that I use rollback responsibly.--Exiled Jedi
