Wookieepedia > Wookieepedia:Inquisitorius > Inq/Meeting XLIII
- "No matter how different we appear, we're all the same in our struggle against the powers of evil and darkness. I hope that this day will always be a day of joy in which we can reconfirm our dedication and our courage. And more than anything else, our love for one another."
- ―Some Inquisitor or something, pledging to keep the queue filled up
Inquisitors!
Your presence is requested at the forty-third Inqmoot, coming up on Saturday/Sunday July 23/24. The times in the infobox are often wrong, so check to see when you are in relation to 7 PM and midnight on the East Coast and London, respectively, at which time we'll meet in the regular channel. Please leave notes if you can't make it.

Articles probed at the last meeting
- Battle of Grassy Plains
- Hello all, just letting you know I have been working on the Battle of Grassy Plains redux. I'm still checking various sources, though, so it definitely won't be done in time for the meeting. Corellian Premier

- Jace Dallin
- Sagoro Autem
- I'd like to request an extension for Jace and Sagoro. I'm going to start going through them today to improve linking and give good copy-edits, but I won't be able to finish them by Saturday. I hope that's OK. Menkooroo 01:11, July 21, 2011 (UTC)

- Telos IV
New business
Add to as needed.
- Darth Cognus lists Darth Vectivus as an eventual successor in the infobox, but the return is not the case. I've read Betrayal, so I'm not certain where this "line of succession" comes in. Maybe the INQs can hash this out and, if necessary, require a properly sourced infobox on Vectivus's page. — Fiolli; 14:13, July 20, 2011 (UTC)

Discussion
- Would anybody object if I created a Re-featured article nominations history page? Similar to this. Menkooroo 09:45, July 5, 2011 (UTC)
- I'm also hoping we can reduce the number of Inqvotes needed to remove a nom from the RFAN page from five down to three. As the RFAN page is a bit more informal than the FAN page, and also more sparsely attended, this hopefully shouldn't be a big deal. I feel like a lot of IRC pokes and talk page requests will be necessary to get five votes for any removal. Menkooroo 09:45, July 5, 2011 (UTC)
- Arca Jeth would have been the next article to go onto the RFAN page if it had still been an FA. It's currently a FAN, though --- how about putting it onto the queue if it passes? It was last featured in January 2008, but this is a pretty exceptional case. Menkooroo 05:48, July 21, 2011 (UTC)
- Outsider's perspective: How about keeping a list of all former FAs that get skipped for RFAN because they're no longer an FA, and then if and when each one of those articles is re-FAed (like Arca Jeth), automatically put it on the queue? With the way the system works currently (articles being nominated in the order they were last featured), an article which is re-featured once could theoretically be re-featured again when the progression gets to the date of the second featuring, but if an article gets skipped, it cannot ever appear on the Main Page again for as long as Wookieepedia exists because the date of its last Main Page appearance will never come up again. Just a couple of pennies tossed in from the peanut gallery. Master Jonathan — Jedi Council Chambers Thursday, July 21, 2011, 16:15 UTC
- I really like this idea. Menkooroo 00:08, July 22, 2011 (UTC)

Attendance
OK
- Should be able to make it. Menkooroo 09:47, July 5, 2011 (UTC)
- Planning on it. But we'll see, of course. Toprawa and Ralltiir 00:43, July 14, 2011 (UTC)
- I think I can. IFYLOFD (Floyd's crib) 01:15, July 21, 2011 (UTC)
Sorry
- I'm going to be out of town from the 22-25, so highly unlikely. I'll leave notes. Jonjedigrandmaster (Talk) 14:26, July 3, 2011 (UTC)
- I will also be out of town. Grand Moff Tranner
(Comlink) 15:48, July 3, 2011 (UTC)
- Nope, sorry—I'm leaving on a three-week trip tomorrow. Since I won't be able to leave proper notes (the articles have barely changed since they entered review only two weeks ago), Toprawa has my vote. And if he doesn't come, he can decide who gets it. :P CC7567 (talk) 22:54, July 3, 2011 (UTC)
- Per CC, but I'm leaving today. :P 1358 (Talk) 23:31, July 10, 2011 (UTC)

Notes
- Jujiggum
- Old:
- Battle of Grassy Plains: extend probe, since Corellian Premier is working on it
- Raygar: Keep
- Dark Side Elite: extend probe. Yes, the BTS has been added, but there are several other problems, including POV wording, a lack of context, intro-exclusive information, failure to adhere to the common organization infobox structure (there could probably be a "common abilities" section, a "members" section, a "locations" section, and "appointment" and "membership" might be better condensed into an "organization" section)
- Ossus: Keep
- Jace Dallin: extend probe per Menk's request
- Sagoro Autem: extend probe per Menk's request
- Fay: Kill; no changes
- Telos IV: Kill
- New:
- Darth Vectivus/Darth Cognus issue: looks to be satisfactorily fixed, so spare
- All articles above from Naga Sadow through Keshiri: probe. I'll get to Tahv and Keshiri as soon as possible, but that unfortunately won't be before the meeting.
- Discussion: Support proposal 1; support proposal 2; and under these unique circumstances I'm okay with proposal 3, although I'd be far from heartbroken if we decided not to put Jeth back on the queue.
- For anything else that may arise, my vote goes to Tope. Jonjedigrandmaster (Talk) 16:13, July 21, 2011 (UTC)

- Twin:
- Grunny
- Kill: Fay, Telos IV
- Keep: Raygar, Ossus
- Extend probe: Battle of Grassy Plains, Dark Side Elite, Jace Dallin, Sagoro Autem
- Spare: Darth Cognus and Darth Vectivus
- Probe: The rest
- Support all three proposals. grunny@wookieepedia:~$ 17:37, July 23, 2011 (UTC)
- Green Tentacle
- Kill: Fay, Telos IV
- Extend: Battle of Grassy Plains, Dark Side Elite (per Jujiggum's comments), Jace Dallin, Sagoro Autem
- Keep: Raygar, Ossus
- Spare: Darth Cognus, Darth Vectivus
- Spare until end of spoiler period: Naga Sadow (although I could support probing because of the RFAN issues), Tahv, Keshiri
- Probe: Agen Kolar, Corran Horn, Jagged Fel, TIE/sh shuttle, CC-3636
- The same guy who added update tags to Zam Wesell, CC-1004, CC-5052, B'omarr Order, Wam Lufba, CC-1138, Sabé, Sio Bibble and Beru Whitesun Lars also noted on Forum:SH:Updates needed that there was no new info for any of them. Having bought that book because of the update tag on OOM-9, I seriously doubt there is anything for most of them. If anybody knows there is anything missing then we should probe, but if the tag was just added because there was a new source but there's no info then we should just remove the update tags, not probe them.
- Support for all three proposals. Green Tentacle (Talk) 19:45, July 23, 2011 (UTC)

Discussion items
- Re-featured article nominations history page created
- Number of Inquisitorius votes required to remove a nomination from the RFAN page reduced from five to three
- A list was created of all articles are that are skipped over being put on the RFAN page because they have lost their FA status. If one of those article is re-nominated on the FAN and passes, it will be added to the FA queue.
- Reminder to all Inqs to remember to review more on the RFAN page and the redux page
- Paperwork to be handled by Jonjedigrandmaster
- Next meeting to be scheduled by Grunny
