I would like to see context for the attack as Ghormans resisting the Galactic Empire, and I think the characterization of the event as terrorism by the newscast is significant too.- The problem is that we don't know if it was the ghorman front or not. The Ghorman front doesn't take responsibility, but we also know that the Ghorman Front will lie as well (Syril Karn's bugged office for example), so it's a bit hard to properly phrase. This is the information that I think would be good to include. Here would be an example of how I might write that in: "In 2 BBY, Jel-Novi was host to an event of Ghorman resistance to Imperial rule. - I'd also recommend that the reporting be detailed in the article body, with the details of the reporter mentioning the previous event in Jel-Novi when breaking the news about the Firebombing at the Palmo Naval Terminal. - Here's how I might do it: "Three weeks after the event, when the Imperial Naval Terminal in the city of Palmo was firebombed, a reporter mentioned the event in Jel-Novi when contextualizing the growing resistance efforts on Ghorman." Regarding the Dedra and Syril conversation, I would would try something akin to this: "As a large protest formed in Palmo Plaza, the Imperial Bureau of Standards employee Syril Karn learned of Imperial mining equipment that had already begun unloading in Jel-Novi and Leequa. He physically confronted his partner, the ISB Supervisor Dedra Meero, about the unloading and demanded to know what the Empire was doing on the planet. The terrorist attack in Jel-Novi was also very clearly either the doing of the empire as part of the ghorman project or a statement against the empire.
