- "The continued and inexplicable Ghorman resistance to Imperial norms. Terrorism strikes again in Ghorman. Just three weeks after events in Corei and Jel-Novi, there was a firebombing last night at the Naval Terminal in Palmo."
- ―The reporter, regarding events in Ghorman
A human[1] male[2] reporter was present at Palmo Plaza on the planet Ghorman during the Imperial Era. In 2 BBY,[1] he[2] detailed recent events that occurred in Palmo from the plaza[1] for the Imperial HoloNews.[3] Later, he was present in the plaza shortly before the Ghorman Massacre erupted, being taken into the Imperial complex by two security troopers.[4]

The reporter appeared in the second season of the live-action series Star Wars: Andor, first appearing in the series's seventh episode, "Messenger," which was released on Disney+[1] on May 6, 2025.[5] The reporter was portrayed Jonathan Rhodes and listed in the series' credits as simply "Reporter #1."[1]
