Wasco was a backwater world that was rarely visited by anyone.[2] It was located in the Wasco system in the Bri'ahl sector of the Outer Rim Territories, in grid square I-17 of the Standard Galactic Grid.[1] When the Ishi Tib pirate Pendewqell realized that the mission to find the lost treasure of the Sith Lord Count Dooku that he had suggested to his Captain Sidon Ithano had turned out to be a failure, he considered fleeing to Wasco or several other backwater worlds, but was killed by battle droids before he had the chance.[2]
Behind the scenes
Wasco was mentioned in the short story "The Crimson Corsair and the Lost Treasure of Count Dooku," which was written by Landry Q. Walker and released in 2015.
