The Hunt for Dooku's Treasure[3] was a treasure hunt between two pirates, the Delphidian Sidon Ithano and the Weequay Scorza. The treasure turned out to be the clone trooper Kix, who had been captured and put in stasis by the Confederacy of Independent Systems after he had discovered a plot to destroy the Jedi Order.[2]

The prologue takes place in between "The Wrong Jedi" and Star Wars: Episode III Revenge of the Sith, both of which are placed in 19 ABY by Star Wars: Galactic Atlas. Therefore the prologue takes place in 19 BBY, and the main story takes place around 31 ABY.
